Sugar Beach Resort is famous for value and amenities. Its low season rates are particularly attractive. At the resort, you will enjoy superb oceanviews and long romantic walks on wonderful Sugar Beach.

Sugar Beach Resort is an attractive beachfront high-rise condominium complex with resort type amenities located in northern Kihei.

Sugar Beach is an excellent value with outstanding amenities. The resort offers central air-conditioned condos, pool, Jacuzzi, barbeque area, putting green, tennis and more.

There are 4 six story buildings at Sugar Beach Resort. Two buildings are parallel to the beach and have perfect unobstructed oceanfront views. The other two buildings are perpendicular to the beach are classified as oceanview buildings.

Since Sugar Beach is located in North Kihei, it is necessary to drive to town for restaurants, shops and stores.

The Sugar Beach Resort is 20 minutes from the main airport at Kahalui, 25 minutes to Lahaina and Kaanapali.
