I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we enjoyed our recent vacation to Maui. We loved our room at the Royal Lahaina Resort. Your comment that they had just renovated the tower rooms were correct. We travel 355 days a year, and our room was one of the best and most memorable we have had. We loved the comfortable king-sized bed, and the great LCD TV! The hotel is an older property, but the food and the service was great. The tickets we purchased through Barefoot Tours were also top-notch! We shared our 33rd wedding anniversary at the Feast of Lele, the dancers were fantastic, and the food was good too! We also saw the play, Ulalene. Our favorite activity was our night spent at Warren & Annabelle's Magic Show! And thanks for the advice that I take a jacket, you were right, it was cold! We have recommended your Great Hawaii Vacations and Barefoot Tours to everyone since our return, and we are already talking about our next trip to Hawaii. Thank you for making it the trip of a lifetime.

For the price, we were very pleased with the Royal Lahaina Resort. We especially appreciate the two level room upgrade that you were able to get for us. Our Deluxe Ocean View was near the top of the hotel and had excellent ocean views. It was so enjoyable to just sit out on the lanai, have a cocktail, and watch the ocean and the sunset.

Previously, we had read several bad reviews of the resort and its older rooms. Your advice that the tower rooms had been renovated was right on the money. The interior of the room was great. It seemed to be COMPLETELY renovated with new bathroom fixtures, new cabinetry, a great LCD TV, new furniture, sliding wood shutters at the lanai window, and some of the most comfortable beds that we've ever slept on.

As for the amenity level, we could tell that this is an older resort. It was renovated too, but there's only so much that you can do to an older building. The pool wasn't that big and the pool area wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend this resort to someone that wants to go to Hawaii and only sit around the resort and lay out in the sun. But if you are going to be like we were, and have plenty of activities to do on the island, I would highly recommend it, simply due to the great rooms and the affordable price.

Hi there. We really enjoyed our vacation in Maui. Our accomodation at the Sheraton Maui was very nice. In fact they upgraded us from an Ocean View to an Ocean Front, which was just beautiful. We were also greeted with a Lei Greeting and presented with a bag of gifts for our 60th Anniversary. That was a very pleasant surprise and very much appreciated.

The automobile we received was a Seebring. As I was the designated driver I was very pleased with the vehicle and the way it drove, etc.

I also want to tell you we appreciated your keeping in touch with us prior to our leaving on vacation and now, on our return. I must admit we were a little nervous seeing as you are so far from us and in a different country. We will certainly not hesitate to recommend you to our friends.

Our Oahu and Kauai holiday was wonderful.

We were particularly pleased with our stay at the Poipu Kai Resort. It was most impressive to be offered a Mai Tai at registration, be registered within 5 minutes; then go to your condo unit, and find it newly renovated, clean, with a balcony view and, oh yes, a complimentary Chardonnay in the fridge.

Again, thank you for the arrangements.

We will most certainly book with Great Hawaii Vacations on our next trip to the islands.

Thank you for your email and follow up - we very much appreciate it. Our experience with Great Hawaii Vacations was excellent. The service was fantastic (Patty was our rep) and the way everything was handled from start to finish was great.

The condo location that we had requested, we were granted and were very impressed with the view - it was as we had hoped. The condo unit we were in was good - the only thing I might recommend is that the owners renovate the bathroom - it was on the grungy side, but was the only negative thing I could say. The condo was well equiped with dishes, etc and any household items you might need.

All round I would definitely work with your company again! Thanks very much.

Everything arranged by Great Hawaii Vacations ran very smoothly. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend you to anyone. The Fairmont Kea Lani is a magnificent hotel - the room was superb (I was travelling with my wife and 2 children aged 10 and 12) with a separate living area with a hideabed. The car rental on both islands (Maui and the Big Island) was exactly as ordered. The Fairmont Orchid on the Big Island while nice, is not in the same league as the Kea Lani.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Napili Kai Resort. It was easy to make our reservation thru GHV. We had no difficulty getting to the resort with the directions you gave us. Check in and check out was easy. the price we paid and the check price was the same (with added incidentals of course). We were very happy with our vacation.

We did make reservations through your recommended Tom's Cashback Barefoot Tours for a whale watch. The confirmation letter sent us to Maalea Harbor for pickup, and we were supposed to be in Lahaina. We made a very harried and fast drive back to Lahaina after we had just passed Lahaina to go to Maalea originally. That was the only slight difficulty we had during our wonderful vacation.

We were a little concerned when we booked the Hololani as we have stayed at the Papakea 3 times and the Kaanapali Shores once before. But we were very happy with the Hololani. The room was great, well equipped, newer kitchen than the Papakea, and what a view. We would definitely stay there again.

Hello. Our trip was great. Great Hawaii Vacation's service was very good as was the service provided by Suite Paradise on site. The Suite Paradise concierge service was very good as well.

We stayed in the Regency area of Poipu Kai. There is a rule about nothing outside the condo except footwear. This gave us some concerns when we came back from the beach with wet boogie boards - didn't want to take them in the condo till they were dry. We decided to leave them out to dry but got a warning note from the Poipu Kai patrol. Our suggestion is that there be both a footwash situated near each condo building and that one deck be designated for drying beach gear.

We enjoyed our stay at Outrigger Kanaloa at Kona. It was very pleasant. The view from our waterfront unit was superb! The condo was clean & welcoming. having a washer/dryer was very helpful. the staff was also helpful - we used the travel service to book several outings. We ate at the condo restaurant one evening & enjoyed it very much. The location of the condo was convenient. All in all we had a great time there. Thanks for setting it up.

Just to let you know we had a very positive experience working with Great Hawaii Vacations. Our agent (Patti) was very helpful and courteous through the whole process. We were greeted at the airport with flower (orchid) leis upon arrival. We booked a condo rental (Noho Nani) that was very nice (clean and comfortable) and had a terrific view overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai each morning watching the whales, snorkelers and the sunrise! The airline reservations on Delta were fine also, except for a flight delay on the way home (but that was due to weather issue in Colorado which affected when our flight left Salt Lake City). The car rental through Dollar was also great and met our expectations.

Thanks again for a very pleasant experience and we look forward to booking a Hawaiian vacation in the future through Great Hawaii Vacations. Keep up the great work!

Aloha, and Maholo for all of your assistance in helping to plan our vacation. Our accomodations were everything you told us they would be and more. Although the Royal Kona was under construction in part, your consultant told us which tower to stay in to get a renovated room which turned out to be great advice. The rest was fabulous and we were in a great location, just as he promised. He turned us onto the link for Barefoot Tours which also turned out to be a great source for us. All in all I give you guys a 10 plus and would recommend anyone going to Hawii putting their trust in your travel company.

We had a great time in Hawaii. The accommodations at Poipu Kai on Kauai were fine and so convenient to the beach and the rest of the island. The reservations for tours through Barefoot Tours went well and we enjoyed the tour guides who were so professional. Thank you for your help. We would happily recommend you to anyone else traveling to Hawaii.

The only hang up came because USAir changed their flight schedules and we had an eight hour lay over in San Francisco. With that late departure, we were up 39 hours straight getting home, but better that than arriving in Hawaii. Should we ever plan a trip there again, you will hear from us.

Hi there, thanks for your note ? I was going to email you anyways and tell you what a pleasure you were to deal with. When we checked into our condo in Maui there was a little problem. (They had overbooked and said they didn't have a 2 brm Ocean View until the next day and they may have to move us). I called Kavan and left him a msge and received a call back from one of your staff advising that we would in fact have the room we booked.

The condo was great, the view was fantastic and I have NO complaints. I would definitely book with Great Hawaii Vacations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful there. It was located very close to town which made it very convenient to walk around to eat and shop.

We had a wonderful time in Hawaii! Thank you for booking with three different hotels for us. It was great to change hotels every second or third day. The next time I will have you do airlines, charter boat, and rental car also. You can do the whole package for us, because you did good. Sometimes, you do not know what you are getting, so we do part of the trip ourselves. There was one thing that was bad, but I had a wonderful time, so I do not think about the bad. My luggage did not follow me from California to Hawaii, Jim's was fine. Mahalo
