We had a great time in Hawaii. The accomodations were terrific. We enjoyed the Sheraton Waikiki and can see that they are slowly renovating some of the decor. It is definitely a little faster pace in the heart of Waikiki. We really loved Turtle Bay. The staff was awesome, and the room & resort were top notch. Thanks for your help in securing these hotels.

We had a great time. As always Napili Shores is awesome! They have remodeled the rooms and they look great. The beds are very comfortable. That used to be my only complaint but they have corrected that. The only thing they didn’t do was to request that we were on the second floor. They did correct it the second day and moved us upstairs. They moved all of stuff including the food in the refrigerator while we were gone. They are really great. The restaurants there are awesome too. Fish and Poi and the Gazeboo, yumm. They could do better on the bar thing. Not very good location or atmosphere.

I did a lot of research prior to booking our vacation in Hawaii. I found that the GHV website was extremely easy to use, the prices could not be beaten, and the speed of confirmation, and also answers to any email requests was extremely responsive. The staff at the two Sheratons were very helpful and the bookings had been made properly with them, so there was no fuss. In addition, our advice that we were on our 30th wedding anniversary assisted with being placed in very nice accom.

Even the girl providing the Lei greeting at Honolulu found us at the Island Air terminal.

Congratulations. I would recommend your service to anyone travelling to the Hawaiian Islands.

Absolutely "loved" Kona. Stayed at the Royal Kona Resort. Very nice Hotel - refrigerator in the room kept us from going broke eating out all the time. Nice swimming pool- actually took the time to "relax" by the pool, catch some rays and get some exercise with my lap swimming.

Loved the fact that it is close to town and we were able to walk many places- Farmer's Market, etc. even though we had a Rental Car. Rental Car was upgraded to convertible which was tons of "Fun". I had just said that transportation is transportation and then was thrilled when they brought out the convertible - definitely good for a vacation in Hawaii (O.K. we pushed it a few times and got caught in the rain with our top down!) Definitely, would recommend Great Hawaii Vacations -you helped to make our vacation "Awesome". We had a Blast - came home exhausted and broke!

Your Staff was always eager to please and helpful ... give them a raise!!

Our stay at the Wailea Ekahi Village was wonderful and the service was first rate. There was a problem with the Barbecue in the Unit and they brought a new Weber Gas Grill the next day. You can't ask for any better that treatment than that. We stayed in H20 and loved the unit.

Who could refuse an offer like that - $50.00 off my next Hawaii vacation. Well, Eric , this was the second time we used your company to book our Hawaii vacation, and like the first time, it was great. Not a hitch - Jennifer did a wonderful job for us, kept in contact and answered any questions that I had regarding our trip. Our only disappointment was the location of the room. It was sold to us as a partial ocean view, and believe me, there was no view of the ocean from our room. Other than that, everything was great. This was our 6th visit to Ka'anapali Beach Hotel, and I would stay there again even if I could afford a more expensive hotel. They are really good to their guests. I have written to Mr. Mike White, General Manager, to see if they will offer some compensation for our disappointment.

We would be more than happy to recommend your company to anyone we know is going to Hawaii.

I am writing to tell you what a wonderful experience I had booking our family vacation to the Big Island recently. We needed several rooms for several family members each with their own needs and desires. Some who thought they would join us, ended up not. In the beginning, we couldn't even choose a destination!

Through it all, Scott was a hero. He was always patient and accommodating. He never lost his sense of humor. I can't tell you how hard he worked on our behalf. He even lobbied for the Waikoloa Hilton to throw in a complimentary breakfast for each of us. He is a tribute to your organization. I wish all the customer service reps I deal with were like Scott. You might want to share your hiring and training secrets with the likes of Verizon and Blue Cross!

I also want to mention that your Web site is fantastic. It is well-designed both from an aesthetic and functional standpoint. The breadth of information is tremendous. To date, I have spent hours there researching.

Hello,

It's been two weeks since we've returned from Maui and I'm still in a daze from how beautiful it is there. Our accomodations at the Kaanapali Villas couldn't have been better. I'm glad we chose that place instead of the Whaler. The staff were super-friendly and we had no issues the entire time we were there. The condo was on the second floor, the view was incredible and extremely comfortable. It was easy to spend hours in the room just relaxing.

The proximity of the beach was to die for. It was a 2-minute walk and we were getting sand everywhere! The water was absolutely perfect for swimming and snorkeling. I loved how everything was so close like Lahaina and the south beaches. Out of all the beaches we visited I liked the one in front of the Villas the best.

I don't know what else to say besides I can't wait to go back! My entire family has seen the pictures and they all want to go next year. I'll definitely call Patti for any and all future Hawaii travel plans. She is very helpful and gives great advice.

The condo was great at the Shores at Waikoloa. The price was very reasonable  Ean excellent value. For a family or group needing the extra room, this beats a hotel all the time. We will be back again next year.

Yes, we had a wonderful time; the hotel is great, staff is very nice and the weather was really great! Did lots of things; found a coupon for a little "beater" car at $18.00 a day no mileage and we took that car everywhere; it was nothing to look at but boy did that car run and get great mileage.

Next year we are going to book for two weeks, same place for one week and the other week in Maui at end of September so we will be emailing you during 1st quarter of 2008. Hope it is ok - we referred a couple of Ron's co-workers to you and your website to book vacations this year.

We had a great Hawaii experience and all went very smoothly. Honokeana Cove was wonderful and we were very pleased. The West exposure of the Lanai made for some warm afternoons (I think the temperature was a little higher than normal so that played in as well) but the management there was phenomenal. The grounds were immaculate at all times and anything we needed was attended to. Very, very well managed property. Would definitely stay there again.
