I'm sorry this "Thank You" is so late in being sent.

I just wanted to say a big "Thank You" for organising the great accommodation at the Hyatt Hotel for James and me for our Waikiki vacation in October. The room was just great and the view was lovely both day and night. The location of the hotel was fantastic and the hotel facilities were very good.

Thank you also for the lovely welcoming basket that was delivered to our room on the first afternoon. That was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed all the delicious food and drinks.

We really had such a perfect holiday and a large portion of that was due to the wonderful accommodation you organised. So thanks for putting up with all my questions and for helping to ensure we had the perfect Hawaii vacation! I will be recommending Great Hawaii Vacations to any of my friends planning a Hawaii vacation!

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much we appreciate all of Scott Luebbert's efforts on our behalf. We had originally scheduled our vacation to begin January 1-9 staying at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. When we planned our vacation I had no medical issues. Then in November I was told I needed an emergency hysterectomy. The date of the surgery was 11/19 (exactly 6 weeks away from our trip). My doctors thought I would be just fine to go then several weeks later I developed a blood clot above my bladder and needed another emergency surgery to fix that. My doctors advised me that I would not be able to travel at which point I called Scott. I told Scott that we would like to postpone our trip to July 1-9. I explained the situation and Scott said he could not promise anything, but that he would see what he could do. Within only an hour or two Scott called me back and told me that everything was taken care of and we would be able to have our condo for those dates with no penalties! I can't tell you what this has meant to us! Scott has always been a pleasure to deal with on the phone and I could hear in his voice that he wanted to try and help in any way he could. I will recommend Great Hawaii Vacations (and Scott Luebbert) to ANYONE interested in travelling to Hawaii. Thank you for your kind assistance.

We enjoyed our stay in room 4210 at Sea Village in Kona. The weather wasn't very good but it was fun watching and hearing the crashing waves right below our deck. We had trouble getting the entertainment system to work but when we called for help, someone was sent over that day and got it functioning. The unit wasn't fancy but was well-equipped and we ate a few meals in after barbecuing outside. We'd certainly stay there again.

We had a great time. Of course the weather didn't co operate quite as usual but it was an adventure. The only negative was arriving at the resort in the power failure and almost not getting into our unit because the security guard did not escort us (it was 1:30 a.m.) and we couldn't find the entrance (down a dark hallway). We went back and he still didn't come over but gave us a lit candle (no extra matches ) to get us to the unit. Luckily we were able to keep it going in the strong winds.

The unit was fabulous! Clean well stocked . We really enjoyed that there was boogie boards, chairs, mats etc.

My friends and I stayed at Queen Kapiolani Hotel from the 7th to the 10th in December 2007. We have stayed at that hotel during the same season in 2005 and 2006. This year was the 3rd time for us. We used different travel agents every year. We have never had good rooms. Fortunataly, I found ''GREAT HAWAII VACATIONS'' on the internet this year. Your staff is kind and take care of us very well from booking to sending the email confirmation. We got room #1001 and room #1002 which are very big rooms (my room 1002 is bigger than 1001), they have spectacular views and they are side by side rooms (never happened before). Our stay was wonderful and enjoyable thanks to your competent staff and your company. Thank you very much. I am going to travel to Hawaii next year and use ''GREAT HAWAII VACATIONS'' for our hotel booking again.

The service we received from your company (primarily via Kavan) was just fine...helpful, friendly, on point and as 'promised'. The Makena Surf property was quite nice; the condo was fine, but perhaps a little dated. The free rental car worked out efficiently with no problem; a very nice addition to your service.

Thank you for your interest. The Maui Kamaole condo site is beautiful. We all appreciated the wonderfully kept gardens and the upper pool where we mostly stayed and had a family/friend dinner one evening. We were all there for my son’s wedding.

My daughter, friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom garden view suite the last week and unfortunately had a view of a wall of the next set of condos. (We were able to go to my cousin’s place for the sunset and view the sky - she also had a garden view 2 bedroom).

While visiting others and from ours, we all note that the carpets really need cleaning. Ours especially was dirty on the outside ramp and inside the condo.

The gentleman that is hired to work on the weekends by Maui Condominiums is very pleasant and agreeable but I wonder if you ever hear negative things about the lady through the week? This is not your hiring, but I believe that you might want to say something to the managing company, if you can.

Since I was busy about the wedding, I would love to return for another holiday! Thank you for arranging things.

Our stay at the grand wailea resort was terrific. Very beautiful. Perfect for kids, perfect location on beach. just lovely. food prices a bit high, but I guess that is to be expected. wonderful vacation. (except for american airlines and national car rental, but you were not affiliated with those reservations).

We booked the Sands of Kahana on Maui through Sullivan Properties, and went to your company for a side trip to Kuaui. The trip through you was fantastic! The greeting at the Poipu Kai was unexpected, with their complimentary Mai Tais at check in. The staff treated us wonderfully. We have previously stayed at the Pono Kai on our trip to Kauai, but preferred this trip by far. Wade was quite helpful in our last minute request and we will definitely be using you next time for all our Hawaii travel. You guys rock!

All of our dealings with Great Hawaii Vacations were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room at the Royal Lahaina was wonderful and obviously recently upgraded. The only downfall of the trip was the construction noise from tile work being done just outside our balcony one morning. We requested they not work so early and the remainder of the mornings were quiet. We have already recommended your service to a friend who is planning an upcoming trip and will definitely book through your company on our next trip.

We had a wonderful experience at the Poipu Kai Resorts in Kauai over the Thanksgiving holiday week. My entire family including two babies shared a four-bedroom almost new condo that was beautiful and had all the emenities of home. We enjoyed the BBQ’s on site and the pools. We had an outstanding time at Napili Shores. Everything was to our satisfaction. The ONLY thing that would have made it pristine would have been a downstairs unit for my wife, daughter and mother-in-law, only so they could open the back screen door on to the lawn. But it was a small detail. The front desk people and the gal from Expedia who helped plan several of our activities were top-notch; we would go back again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time on our vacation. Making the reservations were easy through your company and the people were courteous. The accommodations were good. The only thing that I might mention about the room was that the cooking pans in the kitchen are quite old and scratched and should be replaced. Other than that we were pleased with everything else. The Pleasant Hawaii ladies were waiting to greet us with a fresh lei at the bottom of the stairway when we went down to get our luggage; the Dollar car rental went smoothly and we were happy with our vehicle. Both our United flights arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule.

Your company gave us excellent help in planning our vacation. Makolea 24 in Kona was a very nice condo in an excellent location across the street from Kahaluu. I snorkelled every day without having to face traffic and saw a huge variety of fish and a large eel and turtle. Someday I would like to spend more time there. Thanks for your help.

We had a great time. We have stayed at the Whaler about 15 times over the years, and we like it. At first we were concerned because this is the lowest unit (4th floor) that we have stayed at. The 2 bedroom units are either ocean front or rear. The view of the ocean was not as good as in the past, but the unit was the nicest we have stayed at, so all in all we had a better time and better experience. We are already thinking of returning again in two years. Thanks for a nice accommodation.

We had a great time in Maui. The resort we stayed at, Resort Quest Kaanapali Shores, was great for the kids. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools and the beach at the resort. The resort was conveniently located across the street from a mini strip mall. We were very pleased with booking process thru Great Hawii Vacations, especially our agent Kavan.
