We stayed at Ohana Waikiki West and it was clean, quiet, comfortable, with a convenient location. The housekeeping staff was great and everyone was very friendly. I especially liked the large bathroom with the extra closet. We would definitely stay there again.

We are now back from our Hawaii vacation. Everything was fantastic. The condo was beautiful and the weather perfect. The staff at the Whaler were very helpful. We drove around all over the island and we feel that Kaanapali is the best place for us to stay, as you suggested.

I booked a room at the Maile Sky Court in Waikiki for Pro Bowl weekend. It was a last minute booking and your company had by far the best rates ($60 cheaper per night than any other site).

I got a room with double twin beds as requested, which was a very important part of the reservation. The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff courteous and helpful. The room was decent. We had a view of the city, hills, and a partial view of the beach.

It wasn’t a large room but it served its purpose fine. The door to the bathroom was difficult to close and there was some mold on the curtains in the bathroom. For the price the room worked out just fine.

I would definitely recommend both the hotel and Great Hawaii Vacations to anyone planning a trip to Hawaii. Thank you for helping make a quick, budget-conscious trip possible!

We stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach. Great location, restaurants, and service.

We were on the 16th floor. They have an express elevator to Floors 14-16 and to the rooftop penthouse spa and exercise room. So getting up to our room was easy.

Our breakfast was included and we ate at the Hula grill most mornings which was excellent.

The dining is so good there and the view from each restaurant overlooks the beach and diamond head that we ate nearly every night at the hotel.

Valet parking was efficient and they always offered driving directions.

They provide free phonecalls locally and to the mainland US. I used the spa one day for a massage which was wonderful.

We would stay there again and of course will book with Great Hawaii Vacations.

The trip was good.

All reservations went as arranged with specialist.

Just a $9.00 parking fee at hotel was a bit of a surprise.

The hotel is older, clean, but common areas not in the best condition, at least in the building we were in. Everyone was polite and helpful. Maid service was very good.

even when we told her when we didn't need fresh towels and linens she replaced them.

Location was excellent. Next to all of the other hotels and shopping.

FYI the hotel even had computer in lobby with a page to connect to airlines for check in and boarding passes.

All in all it was a good value compared to other hotels on the beach.

We had a wondeful time. Although there wasn't a king sized bed in the room (which we requested) our room had the most wonderful view of Waikiki. It was on a great floor and looked at Diamond Head. It came as a huge surprise to us to have such a great view and such a nice room. Thank you for everyting. Oh I must add, your prices were better than booking directly through Ohana. I will use you every time we go (annually). Thanks for everything.

We had an awesome vacation, and I can not wait to go back....especially as it is snowing outside as we speak. I do love snow and skiing, but after such a warm and wonderful vacation, I kinda wish the 5 feet of snow in my yard would just disappear....visualizing it as white sand isn't working!!!

Our stay with Suite Paradise at Poipu Kai was great. Our condo was clean, spacious and had several nice touches. I only have two comments that would not be considered as positive: the beds were VERY firm, and I do like firm beds, also the condo had carpeting throughout which with the humidity has a musty smell. Tile would be a better choice. Apart from that all I can say is it was fabulous!!

Your company was easy to work with. Patti was more than helpful both on the phone and by email. I would certainly consider booking with you again.

I want you to know that I have been dealing with Wade with regards to our travel accommodations for a few weeks now. Wade was able to find us accommodations when I thought we were going to actually live on the beach for a couple of weeks. (We spent a lot of time looking for a place but was not successful at all. We were getting nervous, we had airline tickets but no where to stay) Wade has been very helpful in assisting me in all my requests and answering my silly questions. We just wanted to say that all went very well with our recent vacation at Papakea. The three weeks went by too fast obviously and we arrived home to much, much colder weather. Yesterday a little bit of snow!!!

We had a great suite at the hotel, good service and beautiful weather and the staff were very, very good to us. They placed us in Unit C309 and it was great.

My wife and I stayed in unit 13-E in the Ekahi Condominiums in the Wailea development on Maui. We have stayed in the unit many times before, and once again it was excellent. Great Hawaii Vacations handled our condo and rental car reservations efficiently. We always have good experiences with the Great Hawaii Vacations staff.

The only minor complaint was with the hot water faucet in the master bath in the shower/tub. It was very difficult to get hot water to come out with any force – while the cold water came out very strongly. Also, the hot water in the guest bath came out strongly as well. It appeared that the hot water faucet in the master bath was loose, because we had to turn it off and on a few times before any hot water would come out at all.

Anyway, everything else was perfect and we loved our vacation. Thank you once again for a wonderful trip.

Excellent vacation. Tough returning to the freezing cold of Colorado!

The condo at Kona by the Sea (#121) was ok. The location of it was excellent but the general condition of the interior was rather shabby. Huge crack in the master bedroom wall which needs repairing. Furnishings were very basic. We understand each unit is privately owned but these owners really need to spend some money on updating.

In contrast, we visited friends staying in unit #112 which was beautiful inside.

The complex was exactly as we had imagined. Well maintained swimming pool and small man made beach. Relatively quiet. Towels and loungers were readily available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

All in all, a great experience.

I called Great Hawaii Vacations for assistance in booking my son’s honeymoon on Kauai. Scott Luebbert was wonderful to work with. He found just the package I wanted (car and hotel) and got me a very good price. Great Hawaii even arranged for a lei greeting for the arrival in Maui, where my son and his wife arrived from the mainland. Scott was very pleasant to deal with and always ready to respond to my requests.

My son and his wife said that their honeymoon was the best trip they’ve ever taken, and that is saying a lot because they have traveled extensively!

We had a wonderful time at the Waikiki Beach Tower. It was in a great location and beautifully furnished. The service was excellent: maid,valet,etc. They went out of their way to get us anything we needed: extra towels, air mattress. A Great place to stay!! We relaxed, soaked up the sun, shopped and saw a few sights (We had toured the island on a prior trip). We even got to try surfing!! We highly recommend the Waikiki Beach Tower. Thanks to you at Great Hawaii Vacations. We had a Super trip!!

Our vacation in Maui and our stay at the Palms at Wailea was fantastic. This was our 13th time to stay at the Palms and we could kick ourselves for not buying a unit 14 years ago when they were more affordable. Only suggest would be to establish a place where people could leave stuff for the beach like chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, masks, coolers, beach toys, etc. for other people to use and then return. We usually buy these kinds of things at Walmart/Costco rather than renting as it is cheaper if you stay more than a few days and we usually end up leaving them in the condo. A central location at the Palms might be better since the next renter of the condo might not need this stuff but someone else renting another condo might. Regards,

We had a great time at the Turtle Bay Resort. The resort was very clean, very luxurious and quite stunning. Although the weather was not cooperative, the resort staff was quite courteous and helpful. Most of the restaurants were great. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to go to Oahu.

Except for the hassles at several airport security points, our vacation at The Palms at Wailea and Fairway Villas was very nice. Of course perfect weather most of the time helped immensely. The grandkids and their parents especially enjoyed the Fairway Villas and its proximity to "A" Beach. My husband and I were bumped off our originating flight to Maui, due to the untimely Dec. 25 snowstorm, but our daughter and her 3 boys got on the plane. Due to weather, safety and labor issues, the entire planeload of passengers were forced to sit on the ATA plane for 4 hours (and offered no food, only drinks) before it finally took off. Consequently, they arrived at the Palms about midnight, but were met at its entrance by a security guard who facilitated my daughter's registration and helped her find her condo.

Your help in booking our Dollar cars took all the worry out of arriving at both the Maui and Kona airports. It should be noted that Dollar only rents out Dodge cars, I think. The engineering on the Avenger is very illogical, but this has nothing to do with your efforts!

From the very start of the process I had the pleasure of working with Carrie from your office and have had a very easy time of the booking, pre-trip confirmations and followup while we were on vacation. At one point there was a financial mix up regarding the amount that we had paid with the resort and within several hours the situation was clarified and there was no stress or inconvenience involved. Both the resort and your company were very quick to correct the error, (which was minor and easy to make).
