Aloha! We had a great time! It is just absolutely gorgeous!! We hiked through the rain forest on Oahu. And Waikiki was just so neat with all the shops and places to eat. We got great tans!! We went to Pearl Harbor one day and that was cool to see. Maui was gorgeous. The Grand Wailea was something out of a storybook. It was like a giant palace. It was beautiful. And the pools (and water park) were awesome. All the gardens, pool area, and beach were so well manicured. We drove to Kihei for dinner almost every night. It was just such a wonderful vacation. We called Barefoot Tours once we got to Maui and booked a dinner cruise and they were really nice and helpful and they did honor the discount so thank you for letting me know about that. Thank you for making this vacation wonderful. I think I could live there someday!!

Cheryl, we just completed our trip on March 27th. The accommodations at the Aston Kaanapali shores was very nice. A 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a great view of the ocean. I was worried about noise and age of the unit/hotel. But this was not an issue at all! The unit was fairly newly remodeled and very quiet. The facilities at the Shores was also very nice and met our needs totally. Also, got help from Trudi when we had the initial mechanical problem. She worked on getting alternative flights to Maui on the next day if we didn't make on the initial day and also worked with the car rental and condo people. Excellent service. Tell her thanks again! We will recommend your company to others considering Hawaii vacation. Thanks again and can't wait to go back again next year!

Well let me tell you that this was the best experience! We were not even treated this well on our Honeymoon. The ocean view upgrade was the best surprise. We spent time each day enjoying it on the patio. Then after our first day, we returned to our room to discover champagne!!! It was so fabulous. We felt like celebrities. We hadn't used a travel agency before, but now we are sold. We will be sending lots of business your way. Everything was perfect! Thank you for making our yearly trip to Maui an extra special one.

We had a fabulous time in Hawaii! We returned to Molokai for some rustic down time -- explored beaches, swam near a Hawaiian monk seal on the east end of the island, kayaked, and saw plenty of spouting whales. We continued over to the Big Island. We were amazed by Kilueua. Pictures don't do it justice. We drove over to the Kohala coast and spent 5 wonderful days at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. Very accommodating and beautiful beach, wonderful staff. We swam with Honu. The kids loved the hotel's Keiki camp while I took a surf lesson at the Fairmont Orchid next door. We enjoyed a fantastic luau at the Marriot Waikoloa complete with a fire dancer that my sons were awestruck with (and then posed with in photos after the luau!). I even got pulled up on stage with the dancers! All of our documents were very organized and made our journey that much easier. Everyone we dealt with from Great Hawaii was fantastic and very customer oriented. Our agent, Kelli, booked everything I asked within 24 hours of our first conversation and got an amazing price. I've already recommended you to several friends. We'll be heading back to Hawaii in another year or two and I will definitely contact Great Hawaii. Mahalo,

Our vacation in Hawaii was wonderful!! The ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Tower was beautiful and we felt pampered from the second we arrived. The Waikoloa Colony Villas last week was largely excellent! Good value for your money. We had a 2 BR even though we only requested a 1 BR........very nice two floor unit near the pool/BBQ/close to the golf course (unit 301). Highly recommended! I have already recommended two people to your web page regarding their accommodation plans for their upcoming Hawaii trips as you have competitive rates and are very pleasant to deal with on the telephone.

Aloha, We had a perfect Maui vacation! The flight, car rental, accommodations, weather, restaurants, shopping, beaches, whales, turtles, sunsets, tours (especially Hana) and hospitality from the locals were amazing. Our first week at the Mana Kai Maui in Kihei was great. The lobby renovations were not completed, however the new entrance looks very nice. The Five Palms restaurant was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised! Our room was in very good condition. Comfortable bed, three ceiling fans, lots of storage space, a nice radio/stereo system. Kitchen with newer appliances and all the bells and whistles except kitchen scissors. We definitely plan to return to the Mana Kai Maui and look forward to the new lobby and other renovation's. During our second week at the Royal Lahaina we were entertained by whales everyday, watched the amazing sunsets from our lanai while drinking champagne (which an employee gave us when we told him we were there celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary), enjoyed the pools and cabanas and totally relaxed. We dealt with Jennifer Runyon who was friendly and professional. We enjoyed our first experience dealing with Great Hawaii Vacations and have already mentioned you to friends. Note, we did book our Hana tour with Barefoot tours in Lahaina and received a discount and very good service! Thanks for the tip. Mahalo,

We are back from Hawaii and there are no words that can explain the beauty and the enjoyment of Hawaii. It was the best trip in our 30 years of vacations. Hawaii was a great place to spend our 30th anniversary. The Maui Prince Hotel on Makena Beach was beautiful and the luau at the hotel was well worth the time and money. On Oahu we stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki On The Beach.We will go back for sure. Everything you booked for us went off without a hitch. Thank you so much. I have already recommended a few of our friends to you. I could go on and on but, I will just say I can't thank you enough for booking us such a fabulous 30th anniversary trip to Hawaii. I am ready to go again!

I just wanted to thank you for finding us our accommodations at the Poipu Kai Resort for our holiday. I'm really glad that you recommended this property. The unit that we had was great! As you had promised, there was lots of space. We had a ground floor unit, and the kids loved being able to go in and out on their own into the garden. It was fun for them (and us!) to have chickens in our yard that came up quite close to the patio! There was even a porta-crib set up in the bedroom and covers on the electrical outlets. I really liked being located between Shipwreck and Poipu Beach Parks. The paths heading down to the ocean were fun for our 6-year old. We also spent a lot of time at Poipu Beach Park, where the 'baby beach' was perfect for our 15-month old daughter. I also appreciated having laundry in our unit.

Thanks again so much for your help! We really enjoyed our trip.

I wanted to send you a note to thank you for the wonderful job you did booking our vacation at the Outrigger Keauhou Beach in Kona!! We loved the resort and you gave us a great description of the property. (Great outdoor areas, the rooms are a bit dated as you explained). When booking this trip you took the time to go over a number of properties and I really appreciated it. We also appreciated the upgrade from Partial Ocean View to Ocean View - we had a great view of the ocean which was so nice to wake up to every morning.

I was a former travel consultant for 23 years and got out of the business in 1996 so I know what is expected of an agent and you went above and beyond in helping me find the right property. I've been to Maui and Kaui many times before, but never Kona and I appreciate all of the information you provided us since this was a new location for my husband and I. A lot has changed since I've been away from travel so your help was wonderful. I definitely would love to go back to Kona!!
