Just a note to say we are 110% satisfied with the accomodations and overall experience with Great Hawaii Vacations. We were absolutely delighted with the cottage at the Royal Lahaina and the suite at the Maui Coast Hotel. We like the Kihei area and have stayed at the Maui Coast on a previous trip. We wanted to try something in the Lahaina area on this trip and the Royal Lahaina was perfect. Great access to Lahaina town and no traffic driving up from Kihei. Let's face it, the only thing better than vacationing in Maui would be living there. We're hoping to go back in a couple of years and will be making our plans with GHV.

They stayed in the same hotel that we did, but did not receive the welcome gift from the hotel that we did. Our trip was a lot of fun and with out any headaches thanks to you.

We had a fantastic week in Maui and the accommodation at Lahaina Shores Beach Resort was perfect. The studio with kitchen (#627) - front ocean view ? was very nice and clean. The staff was great. The hotel location is perfect; we walked to the center of Lahaina by Front Street or by the beach. We loved this hotel because. The hotel is the only one direct on the Lahaina beach. The architecture of the Lahaina Beach Resort respects the environment and surrounding traditional houses. We watched the sun set every evening from our balcony with a mai tai and some appetizers (the local music and the show of the restaurant close to the hotel given us some very typical Hawaiian evenings). We do not like the crowd and the hotel was the right choice for us Lahaina Shores Beach Resort The only problem we got was with Expedia fun (at the hotel) where we booked two packages. We came with a magazine we found at the airport and we asked the Expedia fun's guy to apply the price published in the magazine (a big Expedia fun advertisement page good until September) but he said it is a mistake and charged us 20 dollars more per person (40 Dollars) for the Bike tour. I told the guy I worked for Grand Canyon Airlines and when some potential passengers come with a flyer or advertisement with a price on it to book the Grand canyon tour from Scottsdale I always apply the price published because it is the Company's responsibility not the customer's but the Expedia fun's guy just said to me it is a mistake and you need to pay this amount (how you can leave a mistake like that every where in Maui, it is a lie and the guy was not very customer service oriented?). IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT, it was my mistake because I forgot to take the information about all activities in Maui that Cheryl Fischer sent us before leaving Arizona (next time when we go back we will not forget them) Anyway, I will only remember the wonderful time I had in Maui . I will recommend the Lahaina Beach Resort to anyone (but not the Expedia fun's guy) here in America but also in Europe . Thank you for your great service.

We had an awesome vacation. To be honest, we had some fear and trepidation using a company found on the internet for such an expensive and important purchase. But now that we are back, I can say that we are thrilled with every aspect of the vacation. Kavan, who booked the flight and hotel, was honest, informative and accurate. Everything he told us proved to be factual in every detail. Our hotel, the Outrigger Reef on the Beach, was exactly as he told us. We needed two adjoining rooms, one with a king and one with two doubles, and upon arrival, that is exactly what we recieved, without any fuss or hassle. Outrigger Reef on the Beach Being right on the beach was a very special treat. Kavan helped us choose between a few hotels, and his advice was perfect and made our stay on Oahu very special. This was probably the last vacation we take as a family, and it was unforgettable. Your recommendation of Barefoot Tours for the "siteseeing adventures" was also right on. They, too, were honest, informative and honest. I only wish we had used them for a couple of other tours. I have attached a few photos from our trip. Feel free to use them as you wish. We will not hesitate to contact you again for a future Hawaii vacation. My wife and I already are talking about a Maui trip. Again, thank you for helping make a special vacation memorable and most enjoyable in every way you could.

The accommodations were great. We stayed at the Maui Coast Hotel which turned out to be right next door to our time-share condo World Mark. Our kids and their friends were staying in a 4 person unit so my wife and I enjoyed being a couple at the Maui Coast! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was just like a condo minus the kitchen. We also used the website for activities. We stayed a week in Kauai and did a Zip line adventure that was an experience. In Maui we went on a boat/snorkel/snuba trip that was fantastic. We've done many of these and this was the best so far. Great crew, great location (Lanai trip) and great boat.

Thanks for checking up on us since our return from the Grand Wailea Resort on Maui. Our trip was excellent and the accommodations were first rate. Working with your team was also first rate. Each aspect of getting reservations to making cost effective decisions was made easy and relaxing by your experienced personnel. Special thanks to Patti Taylor and Melodie Bold for there assistance. We did a bit of everything from snorkeling, diving, surfing and boating in the ocean to swimming ,dining, drinking and enjoying romantic evenings on Maui. Our son had the greatest experiences snorkeling with the turtles, surfing and spending lots of time in the Grand Wailea pools. Most excellent. We appreciate the great time with the family. We were in Los Angeles after Hawaii so am still not up to speed yet. I had planned to drop Dustin an email to say thank you for all the help he gave me when I was having such a difficult time trying to get a decent hotel in Waikiki. So if you can say thank you for me that would be fab. Hilton Hawaiian Village Dustin had advised that we were going to be moved during the time we were there from the Rainbow Tower to the more up to date Kalia Tower and back again as it was the only way we could get a firm booking for the ten nights but to be honest we were just grateful that he managed to get ten nights in the one hotel. On booking in the receptionist realized we would be moved and arranged for us to spend the ten nights in the Kalia Tower which was great. I can't thank your company enough as we couldn't fault them or the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We had been to San Francisco first and stayed at the Omni so were expecting to be let down but not so as we had a great room and view at the HHV. Hawaii wasn't at all what I expected ? in a good way ? as everyone was so friendly and made us most welcome and it wasn't at all plastic or tacky. Hope to visit again in a year or two but for now I'll say ?mahalo' and try not to be a ?malihini' to your shores for too long.

The Wailea Ekahi condos are fantastic. I have to admit that I was initially skeptical about using an unfamiliar company, especially one on the internet. Thanks for your e-mail! Actually, this year's vacation is not over yet. My husband and I had to cancel our portion of the trip because of a family emergency. We did treat our son, granddaughter. They are still in Kauai. Our daughter is also going later on this month. I want to let you know that Melodie Bold has been a great help. She is a gem. We had another wonderful Hawaiian vacation. We experienced several new things this time around, such as a few days on the Big Island and a visit to Volcano Park, a coffee farm, and hanging out with green turtles! We took our first helicopter ride on Kauai including breathtaking views and fascinating information about the island. We snorkeled, body surfed (what a riot), and ate delicious fish dinners as often as possible. Bali Hai Treasures ( I'll always think of you folks thusly regardless of what your advertising consultants say about Great Hawaii Vacations being more encompassing and informative) - You've done it AGAIN!!!! Our vacation was perfect with the single exception of the Kilohana lookout view (at the end of the Alakai Swamp Trail in Kokee) being fogged in. There's nothing you could do to control that, though. We're safely back in Massachusetts and will begin saving for our next trip to the islands. Thanks for your help. These trips wouldn't be possible without you.

It was great. The price of gas was horrible, but I guess we can blame G.W. Bush for that! We had stayed at Hale Kai O' Kihei several years ago and it was nice to return again. Even though it is an older condo complex it is well maintained.

Our family had a wonderful time (even our teenage daughter!!). The hotel was very courteous and the rooms were nice, we got two adjoining rooms just as we requested. The pool at the hotel was a bit small, but I guess they expect most guests to go to the beach. We ran into no problems with the rental car or the hotel reservations, thanks for taking care of everything for us.

Thanks to Patti for the great accomodations she made for us at the Royal Lahaina Resort. We had a partial ocean view and it was awesome! Our seats got changed on the flight but the airplane was bigger so it worked out fine. The rental car was set up well and everything was great! We do want to return to Maui in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Great Hawaii Vacations and definitely plan to make future plans through Great Hawaii. Our Maui condo was fabulous -- clean, updated, beautifully decorated, outstanding view, great location next to a safe swimming beach, and with a deep, clean, quiet pool on property. The grounds were meticulously maintained and shopping and restaurants were within walking distance, just as described on the website. It was so easy to navigate the website and communicate with Great Hawaii -- the only hard part was to narrow down all the choices! We feel we received great service from Great Hawaii -- they were patient with all our questions, quick to respond, and later helped with our decision to add a rental car. All the paperwork was mailed to us with clear instructions for picking up keys, etc., and the whole trip went smoothly without any hitches. We definitely plan to reserve through Great Hawaii Vacations in the future.
