We had an excellent vacation. We spent the second week in Maui and actually just got back yesterday. We loved it so much that we would like to return next year and bring our children with us, if it is possible. The credit for our next trip will be useful. Your services were great. Dustin booked our rooms and was helpful. Toll free numbers and access to information was easy. We found our accommodations just as described on your website. Everything went smoothly with check-ins and check-outs. Also, through your recommendations, we booked all our Maui activities through Barefoot Tours. We had the most fabulous time, thanks to all of your help. The accomodations (ResortQuest Maui Kaanapali Villas) could not have been more perfect. The studio was beautiful with all the hawaiian touches -- right down to the surfboard shaped rugs in the bathroom! The kitchen was full of upgraded ammenities and the property appeared to be newly decorated. Another plus, was the studio was located on the ground level and a mere 20 feet from the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Perfect for the kids. Tim was instrumental in arranging our accomodations and the changes that went along with us getting there. He was patient and always accomodating to our needs. Thanks again. I will pass your name on to my friends and family and look forward to booking through your company again.

Our trip was great, especially snorkeling in hanama bay. We loved our time there, no complaints, hotel was very nice, rental car was nice, buffet breakfast is the only way to go, all the bacon you can eat. We really enjoyed our trip. Next sept. we would like a package deal for Maui, so we will be in touch.

Hawaii was great and just what we needed. Poipu Shores was wonderful and we would stay there again. The condo had so many things we didn't expect like beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. It was nice to have beach towels there as well. The only thing that I would have liked to see if more detergent for the washing machine! Thanks for your help.

I just had to write and tell you what a wonderful trip we had to Maui! It was my daughter and mother-in-laws first time and everything was perfect. The ResortQuest Kaanapali Shores was spectacular and the view was more than we expected. Alex Air provided a private 3 passenger helicopter with a terrific pilot named "D". The whole trip could not have been more perfect, from the moment they were met by the shuttle (their names were on a sign held by a beautiful Hawaiian princess) to the quiet ride back to the airport for the trip home. I truly appreciate your help in making the arrangements for our stay. Yes, we are looking forward to another trip soon.

As usual we enjoyed the Sea Village. The weather was great. We spent most of the time on the beach. I only wish Kona had better restaurants. Although the lack of restaurants didn't hurt as we relied on Costco and saved a bunch of money compared to going out.

This was the fourth year in a row that you helped with my travel arrangements. I routinely pass along your contact information to others with good words about your terrific service. The Delta round-trip airfare--as part of a travel package--was better than I could have done (for my wife and self) dealing directly with Delta. In effect, the car rental part of the package was a freebee. And the rate you were able to secure for lodging also beat what I could have done on my own dealing directly with the resort. Previous to this trip, I have used one travel agent for over 25 years and have visited Maui many times. I was both spoiled by my agents service over the years and knew very well what to expect when my wife and I arrived in Maui. Circumstances dictated I needed to move on from my existing travel agent. And I must tell you there was a great deal of reluctance on my part to do so. After speaking with some local travel agencies and spending a great deal of time searching the internet I ended up giving you folks a call. After speaking with a lady named Patti, I felt like this is someone I could have confidence in and that she knew what she was doing. I know Maui and it was obvious she did also. I did not feel she was selling me something but rather trying to understand what I was looking for and she would take care of the arrangements. She did it perfectly. Hawaii is special. My wife and I like our trips to go without a hitch concerning travel arrangements while we concentrate on doing the things we like to do when on vacation. In short, I will absolutely use your service again when we return to Maui. Your agent (Patti) was professional, courteous, was able to convey your agencies experience and capabilities...and she knew her subject matter. I have the confidence to travel with your agency again and have recommended you to two of my friends. Well done.

It was a great trip. Fortunately the trades were blowing this year. Temps were in low 80's and dewpoint and relative humidity were nice/low.
