The ResortQuest Waikiki Banyan... Loved it! It's a great place to stay, great location (just off the main strip which suited me and the rest of my party well). We were on the 24 th floor facing the ocean and from our balcony and window were able to view the New Years Eve fireworks display at Waikiki Beach perfectly ? this was a bonus to us! The service we received from the front desk including from the concierge (Carl), with whom we had made a few bookings for various events around Waikiki, was excellent and in the case of the concierge, informative. I would definitely recommend this property to others as well as recommend your company to friends and family. I would also like to thank Tim for all his assistance ? he was very helpful and provided good assistance both during my telephone conversations with him as well as through email correspondence.

Hawaii was fabulous. The Hilton Waikoloa Resort was perfect for our family and Carrie's suggestion of the Palace Tower location turned out to be the best. I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you that our Kauai vacation was amazing..... your help made it especially so. Starting with the lei welcome at the airport (she had the sweetest smile), everything ran like clock-work. The Budget car was ready to roll and the Pali Ke Kua.... wow .... we could have just sat on our balcony watching the North Shore waves and cliffs below us for five days and been thrilled but .... we didn't. Planned events during our five days included a Jack Harter helicopter ride (absolutely worth all those pennies), Smith's Luau (beautiful grounds and amazing pig), Paradise Kayaking (the hike was a true jungle adventure), and HoloHolo pontoon sailing and snorkeling. We loved it all and can't wait for the chance to return. Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo...

We had one issue (we were not happy with our Ocean View - It was more like a Tower and Pool view) I called and left a message for Cheryl and within an hour she had spoken to the hotel and had us moving to a better room the next day. My boyfriends sister in-law had recommeded you. I usually do all the planning of my vacations... not anymore. Just wanted to send you a quick email and say THANK YOU so very much for helping make our trip with the Mothers so fantastic! My Mom, part Hawaiian, got to see her first view from the lanai at ResortQuest Kona by the Sea. The view with the palm trees, the ocean complete with surfers and boogie boarders, and wonderful birds all greeted her eyes. What a perfect first impression she had of Hawaii. This was a dream come true for her and much hardship and struggling passed by through the years before she finally got to see and taste the beauty of her "land of aloha". We flew over the Kileauea volcano in a helicopter and drove on both coasts and across island visiting as many sites as we could but in Kona, knew we had a beautiful view awaiting us. On Maui, it was equally as great. Although my Mom had to work a bit to go up and down the stairs at Maui Kamaole, again the view from the lanai was equally as spectacular! The sunsets were beautiful works of "nature's art" along with equally fond surroudings with the ocean view again. Both sites were perfect and we thank you for your careful attention to provide such a memorable experience.

We had an excellent vacation. We spent the second week in Maui and actually just got back yesterday. We loved it so much that we would like to return next year and bring our children with us, if it is possible. The credit for our next trip will be useful. Your services were great. Dustin booked our rooms and was helpful. Toll free numbers and access to information was easy. We found our accommodations just as described on your website. Everything went smoothly with check-ins and check-outs. Also, through your recommendations, we booked all our Maui activities through Barefoot Tours. We had the most fabulous time, thanks to all of your help. The accomodations (ResortQuest Maui Kaanapali Villas) could not have been more perfect. The studio was beautiful with all the hawaiian touches -- right down to the surfboard shaped rugs in the bathroom! The kitchen was full of upgraded ammenities and the property appeared to be newly decorated. Another plus, was the studio was located on the ground level and a mere 20 feet from the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Perfect for the kids. Tim was instrumental in arranging our accomodations and the changes that went along with us getting there. He was patient and always accomodating to our needs. Thanks again. I will pass your name on to my friends and family and look forward to booking through your company again.

Our trip was great, especially snorkeling in hanama bay. We loved our time there, no complaints, hotel was very nice, rental car was nice, buffet breakfast is the only way to go, all the bacon you can eat. We really enjoyed our trip. Hawaii was great and just what we needed. Poipu Shores was wonderful and we would stay there again. The condo had so many things we didn't expect like beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. It was nice to have beach towels there as well. The only thing that I would have liked to see if more detergent for the washing machine! Thanks for your help.

I just had to write and tell you what a wonderful trip we had to Maui! It was my daughter and mother-in-laws first time and everything was perfect. The ResortQuest Kaanapali Shores was spectacular and the view was more than we expected. Alex Air provided a private 3 passenger helicopter with a terrific pilot named "D". The whole trip could not have been more perfect, from the moment they were met by the shuttle (their names were on a sign held by a beautiful Hawaiian princess) to the quiet ride back to the airport for the trip home. I truly appreciate your help in making the arrangements for our stay. Yes, we are looking forward to another trip soon.
