Our vacation was great. Everything I was told about the condo was accurate - you just never know when booking via information and pictures from the internet. We loved the location being both on the water and walking distance from downtown. The rental car was ready and waiting for our pickup - everything went smooth there. The information you sent us prior to our departure was great as far as directions on where to go and how to get our keys, etc. We basically have no complaints - your service was great and not overwhelming. There is no doubt we would love to stay in the exact same place on our next visit to the Big Island.

My husband and I had a fabulous time in Maui. We couldn't have picked a better way to start off the new year. Since it was to be our first time traveling to Hawaii, I surfed the web looking for a company that could help arrange the perfect vacation. I was very impressed with your website and decided to call. Our agent, Kavan Murphy, was very pleasant. He was able to arrange a wonderful (and affordable) package. I was impressed by the way he did not pressure me into anything, and offered suggestions (hotel versus condo, wonderful location). Our stay at the Royal Lahaina was wonderful, and a perfect location on Kaanapali beach. We had booked an oceanview room, but once we arrived, decided to upgrade to oceanfront. It was perfect. The property was beautiful, and the employees were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again. We appreciated the email that was send prior to our departure that suggested going on the barefoottours website and checking out the tours. We did just that and enjoyed snorkeling and whalewatching during our week's stay. On the plane ride back to the mainland, we were already making plans for next year (hopefully) - back to Hawaii ! Your arrangements at the Royal Hawaiian were impeccable. Service has greatly improved over 2 years ago, when they would keep you waiting until 3:30 to get into your room send you to a refugee lounge to wait. All that has changed and we got into our room immediately at noon when we arrived! Hotel service was overall fabulous! Thank you!

I was most impressed with your personable service and professional manner and the rates you provided were below those of your competition. My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki and our accomodations were superb. The included breakfast buffet was also a pleasant bonus. My only complaint is that our stay was not long enough! I'm not sure when we will make it back to Hawaii on our next trip but I will definitely contact you when the time comes. I will also be sure to spread the word and mention you to any friends or acquaintances that are planning a vacation to Hawaii.

The ResortQuest Waikiki Banyan... Loved it! It's a great place to stay, great location (just off the main strip which suited me and the rest of my party well). We were on the 24 th floor facing the ocean and from our balcony and window were able to view the New Years Eve fireworks display at Waikiki Beach perfectly ? this was a bonus to us! The service we received from the front desk including from the concierge (Carl), with whom we had made a few bookings for various events around Waikiki, was excellent and in the case of the concierge, informative. I would definitely recommend this property to others as well as recommend your company to friends and family. I would also like to thank Tim for all his assistance ? he was very helpful and provided good assistance both during my telephone conversations with him as well as through email correspondence.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you that our Kauai vacation was amazing..... your help made it especially so. Starting with the lei welcome at the airport (she had the sweetest smile), everything ran like clock-work. The Budget car was ready to roll and the Pali Ke Kua.... wow .... we could have just sat on our balcony watching the North Shore waves and cliffs below us for five days and been thrilled but .... we didn't. Planned events during our five days included a Jack Harter helicopter ride (absolutely worth all those pennies), Smith's Luau (beautiful grounds and amazing pig), Paradise Kayaking (the hike was a true jungle adventure), and HoloHolo pontoon sailing and snorkeling. We loved it all and can't wait for the chance to return. Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo...

Just wanted to send you a quick email and say THANK YOU so very much for helping make our trip with the Mothers so fantastic! My Mom, part Hawaiian, got to see her first view from the lanai at ResortQuest Kona by the Sea. The view with the palm trees, the ocean complete with surfers and boogie boarders, and wonderful birds all greeted her eyes. What a perfect first impression she had of Hawaii. This was a dream come true for her and much hardship and struggling passed by through the years before she finally got to see and taste the beauty of her "land of aloha". We flew over the Kileauea volcano in a helicopter and drove on both coasts and across island visiting as many sites as we could but in Kona, knew we had a beautiful view awaiting us. On Maui, it was equally as great. Although my Mom had to work a bit to go up and down the stairs at Maui Kamaole, again the view from the lanai was equally as spectacular! The sunsets were beautiful works of "nature's art" along with equally fond surroudings with the ocean view again. Both sites were perfect and we thank you for your careful attention to provide such a memorable experience.
