Your service was excellent. Jennifer Runyon contacted me and got the requirements for 5 different family groupings. We were all leaving at different times and from 2 different parts of the country. She communicated well via email and quickly provided me with flights to choose from. When there was difficulty in one of the arrangements, she called and we worked through it while I booked this trip myself on Orbitz (flights were available online that were not open to her). Everything went like clock work. Later, when several of the flight times changed due to airline scheduling, I was notified and to close the loop a return reply was requested. I am certain someone would have called me if I didn't reply in time to make the flights. One of these flights changed from a direct to nonstop, saving the family 2-3 hours in travel time. All-in-all I was very satisfied and will use you again in the future. Mahalo!

Bed and breakfast accomodations were very much appreciated. (couldn't have asked for a nicer breakfast display/variety wherever anyone stayed...compliments to the chef and crew) We chose the bus option to get around and weren't disappointed at all. We were also able to procure a vehicle to get to the North Shore and see the surf and sea turtles too! Your skills in procuring a place for us to stay close to the beach and within walking distance to my daughter within the short timeframe we had to work with did not go unnoticed. Every inch of our holiday went without a glitch. Much appreciated and everyone I know will hear about your company in good light!

We had a great vacation. Every part of our trip went smoothly. The Wailea Ekahi was a great condo property to call home for 5 nights. The unit we were in (28D) was very nicely decorated and had all the items that we needed to settle in. Our kids loved the beach on site. We would definitely choose to stay there again. The Hyatt Regency Maui (for the next 4 nights) was beautiful and the kids loved the pool with slides. I had requested non-smoking adjoining rooms and when we checked in they didn't have non-smoking connecting rooms in the Terrace catagory. We opted to upgrade to non-smoking connecting rooms with an oceanview. The rooms were very nice. The biggest downside to staying at the Hyatt was that the food was extremely overpriced. (A can of soda cost $3.50 at the poolside dining pavilion.) I don't know if this is the norm for hotels in the area or not. The weather was great. The whales were awesome. The vacation was over too quickly (as usual). Thanks for providing great help to us in choosing our accommodations. Everything that Patti told us about the Ekahi and the Hyatt was right on. Just a short note to say the New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel was very nice. I loved the more secluded location, big bonus away from the crowds. My only complaint is NO coffee maker and the linens were a bit tattered. All in all, great time! Thanks,

We just wanted to thank Kavan for all his help with our vacation. It was great, we had the best time ever. The hotel (Hyatt Regency Maui) was perfect and Maui was beautiful. We did have to change room because of all the noise from the remodeling of the Marriott across the way, but the manager was very nice and they made the move easy.

I spent a great deal of time just sitting on the beach doing the "choca choca" (hang loose) thing. I work in a very, very high-stress environment on the mainland. I did some very serious soul searching during my stay, made some serious contacts and have both entrepreneurial skills as well as a marketable profession - I am seriously thinking about packing my bags and relocating to Hawaii. Sometimes we just get so caught up on making money that we loose sight of the viscerally important items such as living life to its fullest and utilizing our talents in a harmonious way with nature and our fellow brothers and sisters.

I was very pleased with the arrangements that you made for me except for one small detail. At the Ritz Carlton Maui they tried to make me pay a daily fee of $18/day for using their facilities, even though I did not use the spa or pool. I thought that all expenses connected to the room charge were included in what I paid for the package. They explained that this fee was not included in your package. However, they were very gracious and took the charge off of my bill. Aside for this one small irritant every thing, except the weather, was perfect. I will use your services again if I return to Hawaii.

Our vacation was great. Everything I was told about the condo was accurate - you just never know when booking via information and pictures from the internet. We loved the location being both on the water and walking distance from downtown. The rental car was ready and waiting for our pickup - everything went smooth there. The information you sent us prior to our departure was great as far as directions on where to go and how to get our keys, etc. We basically have no complaints - your service was great and not overwhelming. There is no doubt we would love to stay in the exact same place on our next visit to the Big Island.

My husband and I had a fabulous time in Maui. We couldn't have picked a better way to start off the new year. Since it was to be our first time traveling to Hawaii, I surfed the web looking for a company that could help arrange the perfect vacation. I was very impressed with your website and decided to call. Our agent, Kavan Murphy, was very pleasant. He was able to arrange a wonderful (and affordable) package. I was impressed by the way he did not pressure me into anything, and offered suggestions (hotel versus condo, wonderful location). Our stay at the Royal Lahaina was wonderful, and a perfect location on Kaanapali beach. We had booked an oceanview room, but once we arrived, decided to upgrade to oceanfront. It was perfect. The property was beautiful, and the employees were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again. We appreciated the email that was send prior to our departure that suggested going on the barefoottours website and checking out the tours. We did just that and enjoyed snorkeling and whalewatching during our week's stay. On the plane ride back to the mainland, we were already making plans for next year (hopefully) - back to Hawaii ! Your arrangements at the Royal Hawaiian were impeccable. Service has greatly improved over 2 years ago, when they would keep you waiting until 3:30 to get into your room send you to a refugee lounge to wait. All that has changed and we got into our room immediately at noon when we arrived! Hotel service was overall fabulous! Thank you!

I was most impressed with your personable service and professional manner and the rates you provided were below those of your competition. My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki and our accomodations were superb. The included breakfast buffet was also a pleasant bonus. My only complaint is that our stay was not long enough! I'm not sure when we will make it back to Hawaii on our next trip but I will definitely contact you when the time comes.
