We stayed at the ResortQuest Waikiki Banyan in Honolulu for one week. We were very happy with the service. The unit was very big with a balcony. The kitchen was so good we were able to make our own breakfast and tea in the morning. It was only 5 minutes walk to the beach and I was pleased about it. Thanks Again,

I don't know if I previously wrote to you about our vacation to Kauai this past March, but I wanted you to know that we had a great time! Our accomodations at Poipu Kai Resort were very comfortable. The close proximity to the beach, the view from our balcony and the pool and tennis court all combined to enhance our enjoyment. Our flights to and from also worked out just fine. In fact when I called United to see if there was anything they could do to get us sitted together for the trip home, someone from your office had already spoken to United and made the change. Our vacation was wonderful! The ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Tower has got to be the best Condo on Oahu. Everyone was so pleasant and very helpful to us the whole time. We really enjoyed the trip, in major part due to the staff there. The accommodations were nice too, especially the great ocean view. The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but maybe they will work on that. Carrie Walker was the representative who helped me book our vacation. She was also great. I want to thank Great Hawaii Vacations for a wonderful honeymoon experience. Our stay at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort was perfect and we were even upgraded to a nicer room and had champagne and a fruit plate waiting for us. The deal we had from Great Hawaii Vacations was the best room price we found online and included a car for free - not even the major "name your own price" web site could beat the deal we had. Also, the rental car agency upgraded our compact to a convertible for free! To top it all off, we had excellent service all around. Next vacation I go to Hawaii will be through Great Hawaii vacations since they also had very unique tours to offer on the various islands. I really am a satisfied customer and will be back for more! Everything was PERFECT!!! We had a wonderful time and loved ResortQuest Kaanapali Shores. They have some really nice amenities but didn't make you feel like you were in a closed-in resort. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Our condo was really nice and clean and had everything we needed. Our five year old daughter really enjoyed the Kids Camp too!!! Aloha, This is a short note to let you know that my Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Lahaina Shores Beach Resort. Our room had the most spectacular view of the ocean. The hotel was clean and the staff polite. The location was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was walking distance to several restaurants, main Front Street shops and a perfect jogging trial. The only mistake was that we hardly needed our convertible rental car because everything was so close and convenient. I would definitely recommend the Lahaina Shores Beach Resort and look forward to trying some of your other lovely condominiums. Sincerely,

We had a fantastic time and couldn't have asked for more from your company. Even your Barefoot Tour recommendation was right on. They hooked us up with all kinds of fabulous fun. My thoughts: Ka'anapali Shores was fantastic for a family! Rooms were amazing and the washer/dryer in room was a god send. Loved the two pools, the restaurant on site when you needed food quick and the pool side bar is always a treat. Lahaina town is a must and we loved The Lahaina Fish Co. We also loved Hual Grill at The Whaler's Village. Dinner Cruise and Submarine were awesome, would skip the big luau next time (Royal - we felt like cattle) and do a smaller freebie type. Car rental was good. Talked them down to $60 for the week since we were Costco members. We are saving for 2008 and hope to be in contact again. Thanks for everything!!

We upgraded our room at the Hyatt Regency Maui when we got there and had a beautiful ocean view. We saw a great show called Warren and Anabelle, which was really entertaining. (the only bummer was babysitting at the hotel, very expensive, it gave my husband heart burn!!) My boys first airplane and out of California vacation was one I think they will always remember. My ten year old went scuba diving and loved it so much he and my husband actually went on two dives. We had a great time in Oahu and Maui on our vacation. The weather was beautiful, all our accommodations were great with an ocean view as requested, and we enjoyed sightseeing in the car on Maui. Jennifer provided quick and efficient service during the booking process and we were nicely surprised by the gift of the photo album we received in Maui. The first room we were given at the Sheraton Maui, where we stayed for 9 days, had no balcony but when we requested a change, we were accommodated immediately and the room we were given (with balcony) had a fabulous view of the ocean and Ka'anapali beach. The Sheraton Maui provided leis for us on arrival and there was a box of Hawaiian chocolates in our room. We would definitely recommend booking with Great Hawaii Vacations.
