The ResortQuest Mahana at Kaanapali was perfect for us and I can't say enough about the oceanfront view ? it was more than I expected, but was just what I wanted. Tim Shaw from your office did a great job of listening to what I was looking for in a hotel and set us up for success. I would have no hesitation in sending friends and family to your web site. It's nice to know there are a few companies out there that still offer personal service. Providing a phone number and a person to call should I have questions or needed more assistance was reassuring and gave me a sense of comfort.

We had a terrific time, the accommodations were outstanding.

It's very difficult to suggest which hotel we'd choose on future visits. The Royal Hawaiian was beautiful with an outstanding view of the ocean front. The service was excellent; the front-desk, the concierge, and particularly the valets were incredibly gracious and this was for the me the biggest benefit of the hotel - a truly outstanding experience that felt like a departure from reality.

The Sheraton Waikiki's greatest feature for us had been the views - given the size of the hotel, there is less of a personal touch as we had at the Royal Hawaiian, but it was difficult to imagine finding a better panoramic view of both Diamond Head, and the ocean.

Looking forward to the next opportunity to depart reality again!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you to Jennifer Runyon for all of her help in planning my vacation last week. My trip to Maui was even better than I expected it would be. The whole trip was so smooth, from the flight to the rental car to the accommodations, which by the way were fantastic! We had an absolutely gorgeous view.Our condo at The Palms at Wailea was beautiful and the beach was the best! It was ecstasy for me.

You did such a great job of arranging everything , it made it so very easy to just enjoy the experience, I had dreamed of visiting Hawaii for years and was not disappointed. We spent a wonderful week on the island of Maui and hope to return again soon. I searched the internet sites for days and was getting frustrated and confused! Finally I got in touch with your agent Adam Reynolds and he worked with me to book a condo at the Wailea Ekahi with less than 2 weeks before departure. We had a lovely one-bedroom with sofa bed; complete kitchen and rental car, all for a great price.. The Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach was excellent. The location was the best. We made it without a car by taking the bus and walking everywhere else. The beach was good. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The hotel was a good value for the location. Especially liked the one price for internet, calls to mainland, etc. feature of the hotel. Used Barefoot to arrange a side trip to the Big Island. All was handled well. Thanks for your assistance.

I found my accommodations at the Radisson Waikiki Prince Kuhio to be perfect. It was a great oceanview room and the breakfast buffet was a bonus. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Aloha, Our trip to Hawaii was wonderful. Many thanks for the great condos that Jennifer Runyon reserved for us. Both locations in Maui (Hale Pau Hana) and the Big Island (Castle Kona Bali Kai) had spectacular views and were in good areas. We loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sounds and sights of the ocean. On the Big Island we even got to watch surfers right from our lanai. We'd certainly ask for those same condos again if we get to come back to the Islands. Also our experience with Barefoot Hawaii Tours and Andreas was excellent. The customer service and attention at the Kahala Hotel & Resort is beyond compare: great aloha is a traditional classic style. Made us feel like we were residents of Hawaii again. Room was superb and the food was outstanding. The shuttle bus to the malls in Waikiki are an outstanding feature. It makes it so much easier and they take a scenic route. We will always return to Kahala. At the Ritz Carlton Maui the Wellness classes were outstanding - many are free and very good with more variety than the Kahala. The lobby bar and entertainment are very good, just what you need on arrival. The Ritz is making a big effort to promote the Hawaiian culture and on site lecture on Hawaii history was excellent.
