Our trip was truly wonderful and the holiday of our dreams was even better than we imagined it would be.

The accommodation was spacious, certainly by European standards, and spotlessly clean. The car hire procedure was effortless too. Everything seemed to have been planned so well. We were so glad we chose the Wailea Ekahi and would certainly go there again should the opportunity arise.

It was Jennifer Runyon who arranged this for us and I did email her when we got back to thank her for sorting out our booking.

In June I used your company's services for my family trip to Honolulu. After my return I had a charge on my charge card that was incorrect and Melodie Bold got in touch with me to resolve. Melodie kept in contact with me to solve this issue, she actually listened to my issue and concern and did not try to pass the buck or blow me off. I am sure you know that customer service can make or break you when you are in the people business. You could have lost me as a future customer, but instead I feel confident that I will utilize your services in the future. This is due to the professional, polite, quick follow-up and follow-through that Melodie provided. We had an absolute beautiful vacation and "WOW!" how nice was it that we didn't have to worry about the details!

Tim Shaw was awesome! He told me about the hotel we were staying at and described it perfectly, he handled EVERYTHING for us & was so patient when I started to change things in mid-stream - he never seemed put out by me, always giving me my options with a smile in his voice.

Everything went so smooth, from the flight with our pre-assigned seats, to the rental car, which was perfect, to the Kannapali Beach Hotel, which I can't recommend enough! The people there were outstanding, so warm & accommodating - I just can't say enough about the hotel. I truly loved the Kannapali Beach Hotel - we never had to fight for a place at the pool, the grounds were so peaceful and very natural and they turned our beds down every night.

The whole atmosphere at the hotel and the surrounding area & beach was the best!!! I especially loved that you never felt like you had to get into your car, everything was right there within walking distance.

Thank you Great Hawaii Vacations for guiding us and arranging this memorable and beautiful vacation. I had many options to choose from and this package was perfect for us! In every way. It was as if you had read my mind - I will NEVER plan my vacation without you!

We spent 10 fabulous days in Maui.

With Kavan Murphy's assistance the trip was perfect. This was our first trip to Maui and choosing a condo for the length of our stay was the perfection situation. The condo setting at Napili Point Resort was beautiful. The staff was friendly and took good care of us. Kavan also made sure that we had seating together on the return trip. We will definitely give Kavan a call next time we plan to visit Hawaii.

Our trip was fantastic!! It was all thanks to your staff. The accommodations were great. The Kaanapali Beach Hotel was our favorite. The staff was very attentive to our needs, we received a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. They even turned our bed down every night and left us cookies and flowers!! Your staff recommended that we call Barefoot tours to book our luau and trip to Pearl Harbor. They told us the perfect tours and luau to take. Thank you all for a wonderful 25th anniversary! We will never forget it.

Our Hawaii vacation was excellent!!! For some reason, our check-in date was not correct at the Sheraton Waikiki. It was the hotel's problem, not your fault. They were very good at accommodating us. They even got us in with a free upgrade to semi-ocean front, and free drinks for the inconvenience. Obviously they took good care of us, despite the confusion. Thanks again, we hope to be able to go back soon!

They were upgraded to a Jr. Suite and had a fabulous view of both the beach and Diamondhead...they felt like they were on top of the world. My husband and I would like to thank you for helping us plan a great vacation. After searching the internet for information, we came across Great Hawaii Vacations. I called and spoke with Patti Taylor. She was wonderful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Needless to say, she had us booked by the next day.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. There were 12 of us, so we chose to stay in less expensive condos. The Poipu Kai Resort was very nice, our condo had wonderful views of the mountains.

The other place we stayed was Resortquest Shores at Waikoloa. The reservations desk help was always friendly, the grounds were kept very clean and our condos were more than we expected. We really enjoyed this property!
