Great, great vacation!!!
The location of this hotel, the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, is almost perfect. It is right in the center of all the action in Waikiki. The only drawback being that it is not beachfront, not a major drawback as the Waikiki Beach is only one block away.
The hotel has a beautiful open air lobby, great place to people-watch. They have a seating area set up in the lobby with 3 computers with high-speed internet access which are free, but time is limited to 15 minutes, enough time to check and answer e-mails.
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The Concierge Desk was helpful with suggestions for activities. Housekeeping was very responsive to our requests for more towels.
The pool area is clean and comfortable, with plenty of lounge chairs, and has nightly entertainment. You can watch the band playing Hawaiian music from your balcony in the evenings. This was nice bonus after a long day of shopping and sightseeing.
The great thing about this hotel is the location. The hotel is adjacent to Kings Village and the International Marketplace, is across the street. Lots of restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance.
And the price is affordable, I would stay here again if I went back to Waikiki! |

Best time of my life
The people were super helpful and friendly. The hair blower was exchanged fast because it wasn't working. We were taken care of very well.
The hotel is within walking distance of the beach(one block away) and night spots, and shopping.
Perfect! I would suggest that nobody needs to rent a car-the trolley, bus, tour buses-all convenient to use, fast enough, and no parking hassles. The hotel buffet breakfast was super, the food was good everywhere but at Chili's restaurant, not associated with Sheraton Princess Kaiulani.
The hotel is clean, affordable, and we will definitely have the Princess Kaiulani at the top of our list when we come back for a visit. We have shared our terrific experience of our stay with others, and definitely recommend highly, the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, and most other eating places there. |

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room. It was spectacular. Clean room and spacious. We cruised around the islands for 7 nights and returned to this hotel for 7 nights. We were in another room facing the pool. Also great but bathroom needed some attention. Staff friendly and free entertainment every night. Very quiet. Would stay here again if upgraded. Standard rooms not so great.
