Outrigger Reef Offered A Good Value
We stayed 2 nights at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach and it offered my husband and myself a very good value. We were looking for a beachfront hotel in Waikiki that was affordable. Our room was recently renovated and we enjoyed the "self cooking" restaurant downstairs. |

Great Vacation Spot
Our stay at the Outrigger Reef On The Beach was great. The hotel staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time in Waikiki, a great vacation spot. We will love to return sometime in the future. |

The Best Place I Have Ever Been
This is the place for lovers, friends, & family. The hotel staff is the best at being helpful and courteous I've seen in a long time. If you want to be treated well, I suggest you visit The Outrigger Reef On The Beach. |

So much fun!
Outrigger Reef was perfect! We could only get away for 5 days .. so we wanted to keep it simple. We called Patti Taylor at Great Hawaii Vacations, she had planned a beautiful honeymoon for us, so we knew we could trust her with this little anniversary getaway. Our room was beautiful! We walked down the beach and caught a catamaran ride, walked to our surf lesson, worked out at the hotel's fitness center every morning and then enjoyed a wonderful ocean front breakfast .. right at the hotel. We even renewed our wedding vows on the beach.. vow renewal is complimentary to guests of the Outrigger Reef. Thank you Great Hawaii Vacations for another wonderful trip! |

Great Vacation
We just got back from a glorious Vacation, It Was our First Trip to Hawaii.
The hotel was all we could ask for, except that, the Pool area was being reconstructed, and we had to use the pool at another hotel within walking distance. this was a little inconvenient. But the service was great, Hotel staff was very helpful,and friendly. The restaurants, and on site shops were 1st rate. They had every thing you could possibly need. The Shorebird, was very enjoyable, Breakfast and Lunch Buffets, and then Dinner was fun, you Grilled your own Main course. (they were there to assist if you needed it.) Activities availble on site, or they helped plan your day , if you needed help. I have already recommended this hotel to all my co-workers and friends, I even talked to our Travel agent and told her she really needed to recommended this hotel. She did a wonderful job, helping us with our whole vacation. I will definitely go back again. Soon, I hope!!!! |

What a view! What a peaceful vacation!
I am so glad my husband and I booked this newly renovated property, and I am so glad that I chose the oceanfront view! Falling asleep at night to the melody of the ocean, waking to swaying palms trees and the expansive Pacific made us feel that we were in some constant dream-like state. Our room felt like a second home, with its spacious floor plan, ample drawer and closet space, tasteful decor...and even a refrigerator and coffee maker!
The beach at this end of Waikiki is especially calm and restful. I understand a new restaurant will be opening soon so that is another reason we have to rebook this property for our next vacation. |

Nice Place to lob after a cruise
We had just completed a 17 day cruise from Australia and got off the ship really quickly and our room was ready for us at 9am which was fantastic as we where unpacked and on the Beach by 10....
This hotel is close to all the action but still has a good pool and spa area.
Better hotel than Outrigger on the Beach which a number of fellow Aussies stayed so we were able to compare.
Great free activities such as lei making, card making and hula dancing which the family loved.
Grab a feed of chicken satays at the pool...sensational.
So close to so many great places to eat...grab some shaved ice it is amazing stuff.
Only spent 4 days but will visit again and the Reef was good enough for u to try again real soon...
Waikiki ..." Vegas meets the Gold Coast Head On "...so crass and glitzy it is fantastic.

Great Find
We were deciding between a few different hotels in Waikiki when Kavan (our agent at Great Hawaii Vacations) recommended the Outrigger Reef on the Beach. Are we glad he did! Apparently they finished a pretty major renovation not too long ago and it shows. The rooms were amazing. The beach is reef protected (hence the name) so the swimming was great right in front of the hotel. Plus The Shorebird quickly became one of our favorite restaurants. We'll definitely be coming back. Thanks to Kavan for the great recommendation. |

Even better than before!
I stay at the Outrigger Reef every year! the rooms are beautiful after the recent rennovations.. Easy walk to the Waikiki Beach Wallk. Love having breakfast beachfront at the hotels restaurant, Shore Bird! |
