Relaxing & Convienient after medical procedures

Thank you for all the services rendered to us by your excellent hotel staff. We were looking forward to stay there when my family and I went back last year but the hotel was undergoing renovations. Thank you also for accepting medical referral patients from off island it meant alot to our family.

Fantastic

I recently visited Hawaii for the first time and stayed at the Ohana Waikiki West. I had a fantastic time. The service was brilliant. We had clean sheets every day and the beds were made to hospital standards! The hotel is in the perfect place for shopping and the beach. I would like to move on a permanent basis to Hawaii based on my stay in Waikiki.

It was alright

My family stayed at the Waikiki West Hotel back in June of 2003. I don't know if the hotel has undergone any renovations but when we stayed there it was in need of some minor improvement. We did get very good service from them whenever we had an issue. With some minor improvements, I think the property could draw more customers.

A beautiful location for a Beautiful Holiday

Even though the hotel was under renovation, our stay in early March at this Hotel was fabulous. The staff was most accomodating. We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary, and the Hotel sent up a gift to honour us. This location was perfect for us, and the hotel provided us with Starbucks coffee and muffin every morning; a great way to start every sundrenched day. We caught the shuttle several times to visit the other beaches and the mall. Only a short walk took us to a beautiful sandy beach, or a poolside. This area around the hotel is clean and upscale, with great shops surrounding it. Thank you Ohana Hotels!

We're Coming Back!!!!

Our 1st trip to Oahu was in 2005. From the time we left we have planned to come back. Our son moved to Tasmania last year. For his Birthday/Christmas gift we are flying him in the weekend before we arrive back to stay at the Ohana Waikiki West the end of Feb. 2008 before we all depart for Australia. On our return from Australia we've booked another stay at the Waikiki West to unwind before starting the long trek home. My husband and I can't wait to enjoy your fine hospitality again.
Our Hawaiian guide told us we'd be treated like family! The fine establishment reinforced that fact. Thank you & we look forward to going back to Oahu again very soon.

Great place, Centre of town

This place is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The resort is in the heart of the city and very handy to all shops and bus stops. It's right across the road from the International Markets which is great. We couldn't have asked for a better location at affordable prices.
