Relaxing & Convienient after medical procedures
Thank you for all the services rendered to us by your excellent hotel staff. We were looking forward to stay there when my family and I went back last year but the hotel was undergoing renovations. Thank you also for accepting medical referral patients from off island it meant alot to our family. |

Fantastic
I recently visited Hawaii for the first time and stayed at the Ohana Waikiki West. I had a fantastic time. The service was brilliant. We had clean sheets every day and the beds were made to hospital standards! The hotel is in the perfect place for shopping and the beach. I would like to move on a permanent basis to Hawaii based on my stay in Waikiki. |

It was alright
My family stayed at the Waikiki West Hotel back in June of 2003. I don't know if the hotel has undergone any renovations but when we stayed there it was in need of some minor improvement. We did get very good service from them whenever we had an issue. With some minor improvements, I think the property could draw more customers. |

A beautiful location for a Beautiful Holiday
Even though the hotel was under renovation, our stay in early March at this Hotel was fabulous. The staff was most accomodating. We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary, and the Hotel sent up a gift to honour us. This location was perfect for us, and the hotel provided us with Starbucks coffee and muffin every morning; a great way to start every sundrenched day. We caught the shuttle several times to visit the other beaches and the mall. Only a short walk took us to a beautiful sandy beach, or a poolside. This area around the hotel is clean and upscale, with great shops surrounding it. Thank you Ohana Hotels! |

Great Location and Rooms, Between Beaches
y wife and I decided to get away for our 20th anniversary, and our agent (Daniel Blau) suggested this Marriott resort. It's such a well laid-out resort, and my wife and I were able to enjoy some relaxing time at the recently updated infinity pool.
One note to others considering this resort: it is located between two beaches, so you'll walk a few minutes along the Wailea boardwalk to get to the sand, though we were okay with that.
It's not as posh as the Four Seasons, but we wanted something more reasonably-priced in the Wailea area. Daniel and the Wailea Beach Marriott didn't disappoint!

We're Coming Back!!!!
Our 1st trip to Oahu was in 2005. From the time we left we have planned to come back. Our son moved to Tasmania last year. For his Birthday/Christmas gift we are flying him in the weekend before we arrive back to stay at the Ohana Waikiki West the end of Feb. 2008 before we all depart for Australia. On our return from Australia we've booked another stay at the Waikiki West to unwind before starting the long trek home. My husband and I can't wait to enjoy your fine hospitality again.
Our Hawaiian guide told us we'd be treated like family! The fine establishment reinforced that fact. Thank you & we look forward to going back to Oahu again very soon. |

Great place, Centre of town
This place is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The resort is in the heart of the city and very handy to all shops and bus stops. It's right across the road from the International Markets which is great. We couldn't have asked for a better location at affordable prices. |

Value Property
My husband and I stayed here for three nights before we headed off to Maui. We were looking for good value, nothing fancy, and we got that and great service. Daniel set us up with one of their city view hotel rooms, and really liked it. The location was perfect! We walked all over Waikiki, and were close to all the shopping and dining.
Considering that we were out and about the whole time, the Ohana Waikiki West was a great place for us to base ourselves from. Great recommendation, Daniel! |

Encouraged to return
My wife Gail and I spent 19 days at the Ohana Waikiki West as part of my 60th birthday celebration. About 30 friends from Australia joined us. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. The room cleaning staff are pleasant and efficient.
Special mention to the staff at the Cabana Bar:
Cindy; Trishia; Mat; Chris; Jordan; Bev; Laura
These people are great ambassadors for the Hotel , Hawaii andf the USA generally. They helped make out stay especially enjoyable and encourages us to return.
Overall, the Hotel is good value for money. |

NO SLEEP VACATION!!!
Hotel is well situated for beach & shopping-however very busy & SUPER loud street with cars & nightclubs till 4am! Ideal for partygoers. Would definitely avoid Kuhio Ave on my next return. Also hotel manager not very courteous or professional, i voiced a complaint on a reception/concierge staff giving me wrong banking hours & he was very disinterested in the matter or following up on the person i was referring to. Otherwise stay was comfortable & clean but hotel is rather drab & dated & in need of a modern reno. |

Gtreat Location
I highly recommend this hotel and would encourage any traveler to book into this hotel because of it great location(across from the International Market Place) The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The outdoor pool and patio was very relaxing and local transit and trolley stopped right in front of the lobby.Very likely to stay again on our next visit. |

2009
after a 12 hr flight from Tampa fl I was looking forward to a relaxing room, but the first thing I encountered was a foul smelling room, I told the housekeeping staff the next day but the "odor" still remained. I did tell the staff at the desk to make sure they check the room before the next guest arrives. The beds were most uncomfortable and hard, also the pillows were flat and uncomfortable

Thank you for your recent assistance in sending my family and I to the Ohana Waikiki West. We requested to be located near shopping and also great beaches. Great Value
We've stayed at the Ohana Waikiki West four times in a row now and we love it every time. The price, the service, the location... everything is fantastic. This was our first time using Great Hawaii Vacations, but they found us the best price and were always responsive to our questions. We'll definitely book our next stay at the Ohana through them. |
