Very Nice Hotel

We stayed at the Otani for only 2 days prior to going on a cruise. It was clean and comfortable. Able to walk into town for shopping and eating. We walked to Diamondhead and back on the morning we left. Nice beach and the people were outstanding. Good value for the money. Nice restaurant with ocean view.

Really Enjoyed Our Stay At this Hotel

Service was excellent. We stayed in a Diamond Head view Suite. It viewed Diamond Head AND the parking lot and air-conditioning units of two other high rises--very noisy! Room needed updating. Air-conditioner in the room was on the wall just beside the bed. We ate at the hotel restaurant and had one of the worst meals we have ever had.

Looking Forward to Coming Back!

We stayed here for four nights, which were a pleasure. The hotel is clean, very friendly staff, and wonderful beach that isn't too crowded. It is just outside the craziness of Waikiki, so it was quiet and intimate feeling, yet you can still walk to get to the nightlife if you want to. We were upgraded when we got to the hotel and had a wonderful ocean front room. Will definitely stay here again!
