We liked the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower

Our entire family recently stayed at the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. We were looking for spacious accommodations in Waikiki. We had a panoramic view of the ocean from our lanai. The condo was very large and well maintained. The front desk at the Waikiki Beach Towered offered excellent service. We also liked the location which was right across the street from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and shops.

Best Vacation Ever

Our family vacationed in Hawaii for the first time this year and it was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute there!! The Aston Waikiki Beach Tower is an amazing place to stay all of the employees were so friendly and helpful! It was very nice to come home in the evening and have the beds turned down ready for us. We loved visiting the Zoo and Aquarium, along with all of the great beaches. Pearl Harbor is a must see what an amazing experience. The climb to Diamond Head is challenging but well worth the view. Dinner at the Pacific Beach Hotel was outstanding. We were there to see the feeding of the fish. (Very neat) We all had a great time. We are already planning our next vacation.

The greatest vacation I have ever had!

Where do I begin? My Husband and I were guests in the condo with our best friends. We have never been to Hawaii and our flights were terrible. But when we arrived at the condo, they greeted us at the door. We were so exhausted and they took great care of us. The condo was very clean and the laundry was changed twice a day. We recommend this to anyone. The staff is very kind and pleasant. They make you feel at home. The condo is like your home away from home. Thanks a million!

Customer Service Makes the Difference

There wasn't anything about the vacation that wasn't beautiful, or beautifully taken care of. I can't imagine us having near the vacation we did, if it wasn't for the customer service. They took specific care of our room, our rental car, and us being on time to what we had scheduled. They also gave us exceptional places to visit accompanied by directions when we didn't have something scheduled. My hat goes off to everyone from the valets to the people at the front desk. You were all absolutely amazing!!!

A quiet oasis

I have stayed at the Waikiki Beach Tower several times and absolutely love this property! I have stayed at other properties on business in Waikiki but whenever I get the chance I always come back here. Other hotels feels so busy and cramped all the time while the Beach Tower always is peaceful and quiet. Its amazing how you feel like you are on another island yet you have the comforts of Oahu. You can't get much better views and the condos themselves are HUGE. I have found the staff to be impeccable every time I have visited. They always greet you and are so warm and friendly no matter what you are discussing. I will forever stay at the ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Tower! I love this place!

Bad year to visit

I am sad to report we were supposed to get one of the better condos but it definitely is in need of repair. I would not suggest the owners attach the words luxury, exquisite, lavish, or magnificent until they have completed the construction. Otherwise, this would be a great hotel for a young family with kids or college kids who would not care about the furnishings anyway.

Best Vacation Ever

I have stayed may places over the last 62 years but this place was the best! We were right across the street from the Waikiki Beach. My granddaughter went swimming every day. We were close to shopping,dining and sights. Service was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. If I ever travel again to Hawaii I would stay at the Waikiki Beach Tower condo.

Excellent service at Waikik Beach Tower

We enjoyed our stay very much. The service was excellent. We used the concierge many times for directions and they were very efficient. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping was immaculate. We were in 1504 which unfortunately has not been recently redecorated: the kitchen is very small and somewhat musty smelling. Didn't matter to us as I don't cook on vacation. Overall the unit is a bit tired looking but we were very comfortable here. The W & D were great to have and we loved the free valet parking! The location is perfect and it is very quiet. We had some meals at hotels nearby and were very pleased with those.
