With two pools, a tennis court, lanais on all condos and washers and dryers in each unit, Kihei Akahi is one of the best values in Maui.  It also has a great location being across the street from Kamaole Beach II, one of the better beaches in south Maui.  Not bad for condos that offer kitchens and start at $105/nt.

Price Range: $105-$205/nt

One of the best value two-bedroom condos in Maui, the Hololani offers outstanding oceanfront views and large, comfortable condos.  It also sits on Kahana Beach, making swimming and snorkeling convenient.  The grounds offer a heated pool and BBQ facilities.

Price Range: $200-$240/nt

Located directly across the road from the beach, the condos at Prince Kuhio offer great value for the money.  The property features a pool, BBQ facilities and washers and dryers on site while the studios and one-bedroom condos offer fully-equipped kitchens and lanais.  An extra bonus is that the studios have air-conditioning; a rarity in Poipu.

Price Range: $79-$126/nt

Casa De Emdeko is an oceanfront low-rise condominium complex offering one and two bedroom unit about two miles from town.  The complex itself offers 2 swimming pools, BBQ facilities and a convenience store.  Another feature that adds value: it’s one of the few condos in Kona that have central a/c, and definitely the least expensive. 

Price Range: $85-$264/nt.

The newly renovated guest rooms and lobby at the Ohana Waikiki West create an inviting atmosphere at this popular and centrally located hotel in the heart of Waikiki.  There’s plenty to do on-site here, with a Chili’s restaurant, Starbucks and large sundeck that surrounds the pool complete with a convenient poolside bar serving beverages, sandwiches and snacks.  And since it’s only one block from Waikiki Beach you’re just a short stroll away from one of the most famous beaches in the world.
