The Grand Wailea Pools are amazing

I took family to the Grand Wailea based on a recommendation by a work colleague. We were not disappointed. The pools at the Grand Wailea are simply amazing. My kids didn't want to leave the hotel. We stayed in the Napua Tower. The rooms were more spacious than the standard rooms there and we liked the privacy it offered. Unfortunately, if you want a really good view of the ocean, this is not the room you should book. We had more of a "partial" oceanview. The only negative part of the Grand Wailea is that there are allot of families. I guess it's understandable....

Favorite Vacation Hide Away Ever

Might as well be famous if you stay here- cause you sure feel like it! Maui is my favortie place in the world. Once you have been- nothing comapres- NOTHING. I can't say anything different about the Grand Wailea, either. After visiting the Grand Wailea we were on cloud 9. Our company sent us to the Westin in Kaanapali the following trip season- it was a step down....who would have thought the Westin could have been a step down? I am planning to come back to the Grand Wailea soon to show the children such a neat and extravagant atmosphere. I love the Grand Wailea- the personal care you get- the one on one service. Thank you for a wonderful first visit to Hawaii- you have encouraged me to always keep coming back. I hope to be at the Grand Wailea soon.

So Much More Than We Expected!

God was just showing off when he made the Hawaiian Islands, and so were the architects and designers who created the Grand Wailea Resort! This is an amazing place to take your family or travel to with your sweetheart! The hotel is beautifully appointed and there is so much to do that we were never bored! Our kids transitioned from the beach to the pools to the slides and loved every minute of it. The food at the resort restaurants was absolutely amazing and the concierges were the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It's close to great shopping and provides a shuttle service to lots of places you want to go. We even shared an incredibly romantic dinner at the Humu and enjoyed the beautiful beaches at all hours. We never felt crowded and the staff goes out of their way to say hello and give you a smile. This vacation was truly more than we ever expected! God willing, we will be back here again!!!

Best Vacation Ever

This is the second trip to Maui for my husband and I and we really did see a little bit of heaven on this vacation.
The Grand Wailea Resort is absolutely amazing. We felt like royality from the moment we entered the lobby until the time we departed. We had a massage at the Spa Grande and not only was the Spa beautiful but we felt very pampered and totally relaxed.
The Resort was spotless and you could see that the employees took pride in their work. The grounds were very well groomed and the plants were beautiful! The colors were amazing! We will recommend the Grand Wailea Resoet to all and will share all of our beautiful photos to all.

Most beautiful Hotel ever!

This was my first time to Hawaii and I would only consider Maui for our honeymoon in the Fall of 06.The Grand Wailea was the absolute "cream of the crop". It took my breath away as soon as we pulled up to the main entrance of the resort.The food was wonderful, staff very pleasing and our Honeymoon was something to cherish for a lifetime! I can't wait to come back to Maui and again stay here at the Grand Wailea Resort.

The pools are the best!

My wife and kids loved their time at the Grand Wailea Resort, as did I. The pools were so much fun for the kids, even the big kids! My wife got some time to get pampered at Spa Grande, while I had fun on the beach and at the pools. The Grand Wailea is the best family resort on Maui

We stayed at the Grand Wailea in 2009. We really liked the amenities that the hotel had to offer. The pools are simply the best on Maui. If you have kids, I understand that this is the place to be. You won't be disappointed.

A treat for the whole family

This year, I wanted to really treat my family of four to a great stay on Maui. Your "Hawaii expert", Daniel, knew exactly where to place us. The Grand Wailea Resort & Spa far exceeded my expectations. My kids were able to enjoy all the waterslides and pools, and my wife and I got to spend some time by ourselves for a massage and a couple nice dinners. I also made sure to spring for the guaranteed connector for our Oceanview rooms, as it was better-priced to book two rooms than booking a suite.

The Grand Wailea Resort really turned out to be a great escape, and I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a great time on Maui. Thanks again, Great Hawaii Vacations!

Amazing Pool

My family recently spent a week at the Grand Wailea, we had a great time! My 6 yr old son really enjoyed the never ending pool, my wife the spa .... and I loved the nearby Makena Golf Courses. I had been referred to Patti Taylor at Great Hawaii Vacations by a co worker. I gave her a call and told her I wanted a resort that would make my entire family happy ... The Grand Wailea is Truly Grand

Wow! Is the word to describe this property. This hotel has sparred nothing in terms of quality and design. When we first walked into the lobby and looked at all the beautiful details we were truly excited about staying here. We rented an oceanview hotel room and really enjoyed the quality of our room and the view. The Grand Wailea is know for it?s water slides and beautiful grounds. Because of this it attracts many families with children. This is not a quiet property but it is sure gorgeous. We have also stayed at the Fairmont Kea Lani Hotel, a few doors down the way and if you want a totally quiet property then the Kea Lani is a good choice. We had a great stay at the Grand Wailea and look forward to returning next year.

A Perfect Vacation!!

Staying at the Grand Wailea was truly paradise! Our first time to Hawaii and the Grand Wailea made it perfect from the beautiful room to the wonderful beach and pools. We were so impressed with the wonderful friendly service. Loved having clean towels twice a day! My husband and I were both sick with the flu one day and when we called room service for some toast they asked if they could bring us some chicken noodle soup to help us feel better! Wow!! All of the recommendations for food as well as the excursions we went on like the wonderful whale watch were right on the mark! Grand Wailea made our first trip to Hawaii such a memorable event and we are already planning to come back next year and bring our kids. Thanks for everything Grand Wailea! You are the best!!
