Absolutely Beautiful!
When you first walk into the Waikiki Banyan, you feel you've stepped into Old Hawaii. It is an open-air lobby with a waterfall cascading over a rock wall which flowed into a pond full of brightly colored Koi. Our children were immediatley enchanted!
Our suite was tastefully decorated and spotless. Each suite comes with a full kitchen which is very important when traveling with a family. There is a supermarket, Food Pantry, about 3 blocks away and we later found a Wal-Mart near the Ala Moana Shopping Center. On Tuesday and Friday mornings, there is a Farmer's Market in the parking lot next door, where you can stock up with fresh fruit and vegetables.
Maid service was fantastic and the staff at the front desk were always pleasant and helpful
The beach is only 2 blocks away, but we found ourselves mostly at the pool, which were full, but never felt overcrowded. We were always able to get lounge chairs and the pool area is well-maintained. The kids loved playing in the nearby recreation area. And we loved the hot tubs, they are are great place to to chat and exchange ideas and make new friends.
We believe we found the perfect place for a family vacation. |

Fantastic Location
I really enjoyed my stay at the Aston Waikiki Banyan. The room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from my room was really nice and the property is located in a great area with close proximity to shopping in Waikiki. I would love to go back when I can stay longer! |

We had a ton of fun there
Thanks to Great Hawaii Vacations and Patii Taylor, at the Waikiki Banyan our entire family had a ton of fun. We got two suites for six of us and we were very comfortable. We were able to cook in the kitchens and so saved a lot of money on food.
With the beach close by and all those shops as well, we had a wonderful time in Oahu also. |

Just what we were looking for.
The Banyan was everything we wanted it to be.
Beautiful apartment with lovely mountain views by day and night.
A very short walk to the beach and the busier/noisier part of town.
All of the staff we met were nice and helpful, especially the tour desk lady who made arranging all of our trips a breeze.
We loved our stay and will come again. |

Great Value!
My family recently stayed at the Aston Waikiki Banyan. My children loved the koi fish in the lobby and the play area near the pool. Easy walk to Waikiki Beach and many shops & restaurants. |

Aston Waikiki Banyan worked out well
The Aston Waikiki Banyan is not a resort. It's a condo, so people should not be expecting 5 star accomodations. However, it you're looking for a good, affordable place to stay in Waikiki it'll work just fine. The fact that it had a kitchen was a major plus. We've been to Hawaii several times and we always try to stay at a condo because it saves us money on food. I'd recommend this place for sure, but just don't expect the Ritz! |

Save money at this property!
The Aston at the Waikiki Banyan was a fantastic choice for our family of 4. With the unit having a kitchen we saved a lot of money during our 10 day stay by cooking in our kitchen. The room was perfect and we had a great view. The staff was terrific! |
