We like everything about the Honokeana Cove. Excellent value, wonderful views, close to Napili Bay and a great oceanfront pool.

The Honokeana Cove is a truly great condominium complex. This oceanfront low-rise condominium resort has awesome oceanfront views. Great snorkeling in front of the property.
Honokeana Cove offers outstanding accommodations at a reasonable rate. Because of this, the property has a very large return following. Beautiful pool and barbecue area in the center of the complex.
Honokeana Cove condominiums are located in a very serene setting on Maui in the Napili area. Located on Honokeana Cove, it's a few minute walk to Napili Bay. Honokeana Cove offers outstanding snorkeling while Napili Bay is a terrific place to swim and sunbathe.
Honokeana Cove is 10-15 minute drive to historic Whaling Village of Lahaina and the upscale resort area of Kaanapali. In Lahaina and Kaanapali there are many wonderful restaurants, shops and art galleries.
Honokeana Cove is 10-15 minutes to Kaanapali and Lahaina, 45 minutes to the main airport at Kahului, and 45 minutes to Kihei and Wailea.
Beach Information
In front of the Honokeana Cove condominium complex there is a wonderful cove for swimming and snorkeling, but no beach. A five minute walk will take you to Napili Bay. Napili Bay is a beautiful picturesque cove beach with white sand and sparkling blue water.
Notes - 3 night minimum stay required at this property (some units require 5). There is a 7 night minimum stay requirement during Christmas Holiday (14 nights required if staying from Christmas through New Years).
My husband and myself have always loved Kauai. So when we decided to go to Maui we contacted Great Hawaii Vacations and asked them for a recommendation. Our agent recommended the Honokeana Cove. What a great discovery. Our 1 bedroom condominium had a terrific view of the ocean. The cove itself is one of the best snorkeling areas on Maui. While snorkeling I encountered many sea turtles. The cove is a five minute walk to Napili Bay Beach. This is a very beautiful swimming and strolling beach. We also enjoyed going to the Gazebo Restaurant at the Napili Shores. The most difficult decision I had at the Honokeana Cove was where my lounge chair should be placed. Looking straight out at the ocean or behind palm trees and the ocean. I chose the latter.
