Each 1,700 - 2,100 square foot home at Puunoa Beach Estates has its own distinctive decor, koa wood accents, sloped wood ceilings and other architectural details. This private community is located just two blocks from historic Lahaina Town.
At Puunoa Beach Estates, awaken to the sound of the surf breaking on the beach just below your lanai and gaze across the glistening leeward waters to the offshore islands of Lanai and Molokai.
Only two blocks from Puunoa Beach Estates, Lahaina Town offers a large selection of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the activity tours originate out of Lahaina.

Puunoa Beach Estates is approximately 30 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 5 minutes North to Kaanapali, and 25 minutes to Kihei and Wailea.

Beautiful, private, sandy beachfront where you can enjoy swimming, sunning and strolling. Puunoa Beach Estates is a short 10 minute drive to all the Kaanapali Beaches and 20 minutes to world famous Kapalua Beach.
