Lahaina Shores give the biggest bang for the buck. Beachfront ground floor very large unit, #107. Full kitchen, two bathrooms, good bed, nice help, great location. Kids had a great time, teenage.

Wonderful place to vacation!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and when we got off the bus in front of the resort I was a bit apprehensive not knowing how it looked inside. But when we went through the front doors, it was beautiful and just how I pictured Hawaii to be. The ocean, flowers, warm air, all you could want in a vacation. We stayed at Lahina Shores for 7 days and I could have stayed there my whole vacation. We are coming back next year.

Best Value/Location for Old Lahaina & Shopping

My wife and I always go the Islands during our anniversary month of November and keep returning to Lahaina Shores for the overall convinience of Lahaina. The beach is outside the gate nearby the pool and access to Lahaina is just a short walk away by the popular "Old Banyan" tree. We always buy decorations for our Christmas tree at the artisan faire every weekend and never have been disapointed.

Lahaina Shores Was Perfect For Us

This was my first visit to the Hawaiian Islands--my husband's fourth--but a first visit to Maui for both of us AND it was our 25th Anniversary. We wanted a nice place to stay at a value price, so we could spend our money having fun, and our travel agent suggested Lahaina Shores. It was perfect for us! We had a studio unit that was clean, well-kept, and bug free. Although our unit was not ocean view, we didn't care as we spent all our time poolside, in the hot tub, walking along the beach that's just outside the gate, snorkeling in the waters off the property, walking the downtown area of Lahaina, or next door at Hecocks Italian Restaurant (where we could see and hear a Luau every night). Lots of things to do within walking distance. We'd definitely stay there again.

Honeymooning at Lahaina

After planning a wedding for 200+ guest, staying at the Lahaina Shores Resort was quite fulfilling. We had an oceanfront view, a full kitchen and a balcony for my honey and I to hold each other while admiring the beautiful ocean. In addition, the resort is located right off of the exciting Front Street, which gives couples several things to do (eating, shopping, dancing, art galleries, etc.) If you're looking for a bonus for your buck, you may want to stay at Lahaina Shores.

47th Anniversary Retreat

We arrived in a rainy low front moving through. The locals thought the 68 degree weather was awfully cold. We had just arrived from Iowa where it had been snowing so we thought it was great. The rest of the trip was beautiful with no rain and temps in the low 80's. We stayed on the 3rd floor ocean side and had a great view of the beach and harbor. We spent a lot of time sitting on our Lani people and whale watching. We would recommend this property to anyone who doesn't need a 5 star property. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and friendly staff. This is where we will stay on our 50th anniversary.

Maui

My husband and I have visited Oahu 2 times, the big island once, and this year we visited Maui. My husband lives in England and we see each other apprx. 3 times a year. He will be visiting again in February and we are already making plans to return to Lahaina Shores in Maui- only 6 months from our last visit. It's absolutely gorgeous- the rooms were very comfortable, very relaxing, and we had the time of our life. Thank you Lahaina Shores.
