The Village By The Sea is a reasonably priced oceanfront property with central air conditioning, nice pool area with Jacuzzi, and oceanviews from many units.

Property Description

Village by the Sea is a reasonably priced oceanfront high-rise condominium complex located in North Kihei with central air conditioning.

Village by the Sea, also know as Kauhale Makai, offers spacious one and two bedroom condos with central air conditioning. The property is set back approximately 100 yards from the beach. It has a large grass area in front of it going towards the beach.

Central Kihei is only a 5 minute drive from the Village By The Sea. In Kihei you will discover a large selection of stores, shops and restaurants. Ten minutes past Kihei is Wailea with its upscale hotels and beautiful beaches.

Village by the Sea is 20 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 25 minutes to Lahaina and Kaanapali.

Beach Information

The beach in front of Village By The Sea is not a swimming beach, however the beach is great for wind-surfing.
