| The Nani Kai Hale runs perpendicular to the beach. Because of this, the condos closest to the water have the best views. |

| Sugar Beach is an excellent strolling and swimming beach. Miles and miles of beach await you at the Nani Kai Hale. |

| There are few stores and restaurants located nearby the Nani Kai Hale. You will need to drive to Kihei town for shopping and restaurants. |
