BEST beachfront value on Maui!! Quiet and serene area and a 5 minute drive to central Kihei. All condominiums at the Nani Kai Hale have at least a partial oceanview.

Property Description
The Nani Kai Hale is a small beachfront high-rise property of six floors located in North Kihei on Sugar Beach.
The Nani Kai Hale runs perpendicular to the beach. Because of this, the condos closest to the water have the best views.
Sugar Beach is an excellent strolling and swimming beach. Miles and miles of beach await you at the Nani Kai Hale.
There are few stores and restaurants located nearby the Nani Kai Hale. You will need to drive to Kihei town for shopping and restaurants.

The Nani Kai Hale is 20 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 25 minutes to Lahaina and Kaanapali.

Beach Information
The Nani Kai Hale is located on stunning Sugar Beach, which provides you with miles of uncrowded sandy beach and blue ocean. Excellent swimming and strolling beach.
