Excellent value property with close proximity to the beach. The Maui Vista offers many great amenities.

Property Description

The Maui Vista is an attractive condominium complex located on 10 acres across from Kamaole Beach I.

The Maui Vista grounds have the buildings spread out in clusters. There are three four story buildings with elevators offering a choice of one or two bedroom condominiums.

An easy walk from the Maui Vista takes you to many stores and restaurants located nearby.

Beautiful and upscale Wailea hotels are nearby the Maui Vista for enjoyment and restaurants. Wailea also offers outstanding swimming and snorkeling beaches.

The Maui Vista is 25 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 30 minutes to Lahaina and Kaanapali.

Beach Information

Across the street from the Maui Vista is the beginning of Kamaole Beach I, an excellent swimming, snorkeling, and body surfing beach.

Good Hotel for the Price We recently stayed in this bargain condo and could hardly believe it! Even at this low rate the place was really nice. No, it isn't on the water, but it did have a very quiet, private garden location across the street from Kamaole I beach, one of Maui's best beaches. Our 1 bedroom on the ground floor was immaculate, air conditioned, and fully equipped, including VCR and free local phone. There are two very nice tennis courts just outside the front door and a small swimming pool steps from the lanai. The grounds of the Maui Vista seem very well maitained. All the Maui Vista condos are individually owned, and some are nicer than others. All the units have an in unit washer/dryer, an air conditioner, a full service kitchen, a balcony or lanai. Some of the units have nice ocean views.

Maui Vista Everything We Needed & More We just returned from a week stay at the Maui Vista. We were very pleased. Our condo was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The A/C and ceiling fans kept the unit cool and comfortable, the TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo all worked just fine. The new appliances in the kitchen were great and the washer & dryer was a plus! The queen bed was comfortable. Our unit was in the first building, ground level and near the street. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The pools are small but never crowded. The grounds at the Maui Vista are very well maintained and quite pretty. Plenty of free parking in the lot. Office staff was pleasant and helpful. Great location in Kihei, walking distance or just a short drive to restaurants or shopping. The Maui Vista is a great place for couples or families to stay.
