Best priced two bedroom condominiums in Maui that have ocean views and are near the beach. Even though this complex has excellent ocean views, you will be looking across the complex parking lot and Kihei Road. The Maui Parkshore is a super location for convenience: near restaurants, shops and a great beach.

Property Description

Maui Parkshore is an excellent value property located across the street from the beach.

All units at the Maui Parkshore are two bedrooms and have partial oceanviews. This five story high-rise is directly across from Kamaole Beach III. Kamaole Beach III is a beautiful swimming and strolling beach.

Maui Parkshore is located in central Kihei for easy shopping and restaurants availability.

Experience beautiful upscale hotels in Wailea which is only a few minutes away from the Maui Parkshore. Wailea also offers excellent beaches for swimming and snorkeling.

The Maui Parkshore is 25 minutes form the main airport at Kahului, 30 minutes to Lahaina and Kaanapali.

The Maui Parkshore is across the street from Kamaole Beach III, an excellent swimming, snorkeling and strolling beach.

Ideal for the Price All of the condos are 2 bedroom and 2 baths and they are all pretty spacious. This property was perfect for the amount of money I wanted to spend. It is a "budget" property, but if you're looking to have a good time for a good price I would definitely recommend this property. Especially to anyone who is simply happy just being in hawaii and only needs a place to stay. After all, you're in Hawaii! Why spend the majority of your time in your room when the beach is right across the street?

Across from best beach in Maui budget and gets it done. Stayed there twice and enjoyed the stay but mostly because of the beach Kam III across the street. Room had tiny ants in the kitchen and bath that we had to watch for with keeping the place clean and if you're staying there in summer, these rooms do NOT have air conditioning which depending on the breeze can be pretty miserable if you're not used to that level of humidity.
