If you are looking for a newer condominium complex, the recently built Maui Banyan offers quality condos. This property is reasonably priced and convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Property Description
The Aston Maui Banyan is a modern, nicely appointed condo high-rise located in central Kihei.
The Aston Maui Banyan is a well-appointed condominium resort across the street from popular Kamaole Beach Park II.
The condos at Aston Maui Banyan have garden or limited ocean views.
With the Aston Maui Banyan located in the center of Kihei, it is an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and art galleries.

The Aston Maui Banyan is 25 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 30 minutes to Lahiana and Kaanapali.

Beach Information
The Aston Maui Banyan is across the street from Kamaole Beach II, an excellent swimming and strolling beach.
