Nice, spacious condos

Our family of 6 people had a great time at the Kapalua Villas. Before we got there, we were concerned whether a condo was a good choice for us since we had always stayed at Hotels. It was a good choice. The units are very large. I felt our family had more than enough space in our 2 bedroom condo. We would have liked to be closer to the beach, but we booked a little late and therefore were left with a fairway view. It was still very nice. The nice thing about this resort is that we were able to use the facilities at the Ritz (although we did have to pay the resort fees). All in all, we were very happy and look forward to coming back sometime in 2006.

Favorite Vacation Location

We have stayed at the Kapalua Villas for three straight summers. It is by far our favorite vacation spot. The Villas are very large in size, with most all the one bedrooms having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. All condo units are clean with comfortable furniture and spectacular views.
When staying at the condos, you have full use of both 5 star hotel facilities. (Ritz and Kapalua Bay Hotels). Condo guests are given a charge card for use at the hotels, so you can spend the day at the pool and charge drinks and meals, as if you were staying at the hotel. There are also 3 neighborhood pools, which have barbecue grills to use for cooking meals. Golf at the 3 Kapalua courses is discounted if you are a Villa guest. There is a complimentary shuttle which will take guests anywhere in the Kapalua area. Once you turn off the main highway into the Kapalua resort, you feel like you are entering a slice of heaven. We would never stay anywhere else on Maui. The cost is worth it, and then some.
