The Royal Kahana Resort is a large moderately priced condominium complex with central air conditioning located in Kahana.

Property Description
The Outrigger Royal Kahana Resort is a high-rise condominum resort with excellent accommodations offering oceanview or oceanfront views.
The accommodations at the Royal Kahana recently underwent extensive remodeling. You will enjoy the beautiful accommodations with breathtaking views.
The Royal Kahana is in a serene area of Maui with a limited amout of restaurants and shops.
A ten minute drive from the Royal Kahana Resort to historic Whaling Village of Lahaina and the upscale resort area of Kaanapali will provide many wonderful restaurants, shops and art galleries.

The Outrigger Royal Kahana Resort is approximately 45 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 10 minutes from Kaanapali, and 35 minutes to Kihei and Wailea.

Beach Information
There is a long sandy beach in front of the Outrigger Royal Kahana Resort. However, the ocean has some coral in front of the property and therefore makes it only average for swimming. There are other outstanding beaches in Kapalua or Kaanapali which is a short distance away.
