The Aloha Spirt is Alive & Well at this Hotel
My wife and I recently had our honeymoon at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel. We wanted to be in an fun environment but could not afford the prices the Westin or the Sheraton Hotel in Kaanapali. We were very pleased with the Kaanapali Beach Hotel. We had a very nice room that looked out over the pool area. The staff at the property are known for their Aloha spirit and it was very evident from the moment we arrived. We had a very romantic and loving honeymoon and I feel that the Kaanapali Beach Hotel's aloha spirt added to our special occasion. |

Wonderful Vacation
My husband and 15 yr old daughter just spent 15 days in Hawaii on vacation. We spent time on Oahu, Kauai, the Big Island of Hawaii and Maui. We loved them all, but we all agreed that our stay at the Kaanapali Beach Resort in Maui was our favorite part of the vacation. The hotel was very nice, the hotel staff was extremely pleasant and the setting was incredible. |

My Garden of Eden
We are coming back and just can not wait. The Kaanapali Beach Hotel welcomed us as we have never been welcomed before -- The beach location is wonderful and the hotel is just great, but the singularly most important part of our trip was the wonderful welcome and service by all of the staff at this hotel, amazing how they impart and sincere Hawaiian Spirit. We are on our way and will be back in November 2004 Mahalo to all! |

Wonderful Vacation
We have been to this hotel 3 times and we are not done visiting yet. The Aloha spirit is fantastic. We have traveled to the Carribbean, Mexico and on cruise ships, but Kaanapali is by far the best of everything. We love the people, the property and the entertainment. This hotel has it all. We tell all our friends to not look any further for a vacation. THIS IS IT!!! |

Best Vacation of my life!
This was our first visit to the islands and our friends encouraged us to stay at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel on Maui. All I can say is awesome. The hotel was excellent, and the people were very friendly. I cannot think of a better place to vacation. Mike, Brian, and Kia at the Trilogy Rental Hut helped make it a memorable vacation by helping us select many activities.
We are already planning our trip back next year. |

Best Vacation EVER
We had partial oceanview, and what a view it was. The service rendered to us was excellent, as was the food, the activities, and don't forget the scenery. Everything was breathtaking. We experienced the true Aloha spirit from everyone we encountered! We will certainly return again and bring as many of the rest of our family as we can. Mahalo to all who make this dream come true every day for so many! Aloha! |

The best ever will go back

Loved Hawaii and am looking forward to returning
The Kaanapali Beach Hotel is neat and I would definitely stay there on a return trip. Although an older hotel, it is well maintained and comfortable. The staff were great. It's nice not to have to spend half your time waiting for an elevator! |

Perfection in Paradise
We have booked at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel three times, and each visit was better than the previous. The staff is superb, and the accommodations are excellent. Hawaii has a reputation for making the visitor welcome...and this hotel is the most Hawaiian of them all. There's absolutely no reason to try the bigger, "famous name" hotels - you can't find better lodging on Maui, or Kauai, or the island of Hawaii! It's time to return!! |

Honeymoon Dream Come True!!
Our Honeymoon. Our dream come true. The most wonderful experience ever. The Kannapali Beach Hotel superceeded our expectations. The Perfect Trip
This was our fourth trip to KBH. As usual, it was awesome! This time my husband and I brought along 2 of our grandchildren (ages 10 & 11). In addition to the perfect location on Maui, we thoroughly enjoyed all the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Our grandkids enjoyed the kids program and we loved breakfast every morning at the Tiki Terrace. My granddaughter and I especially enjoyed the craft shows and visiting with the local artisans. The free show at night was very entertaining and we really enjoyed listening to the music as it drifted through the night.

Perfect location
The Kaanapali Beach Hotel is truly in the middle of where you want to be! And the best part is it is almost half the cost of the other big name hotels. We loved the beach walk and Kaanapali Beach is the best. My kids loved snorkeling at Black Rock and I felt comfortable enough to let them go in without me!
The service was outstanding and personal. The lei they give you at the end of your stay (along with the performace) is something that will stay with us forever. We can't wait to go back!

Awesome location and beautiful resort!
Loved this resort!!! In the perfect location for Kaanapali shopping and activities with close proximity to Lahaina! Beaches were fabulous. Resort was updated and clean and the room was fantastic with an awesome view! |

wonderful people poor management
after several vacations there i loved the atmosephere and the people so for our 47th ann. we returned to encounter trouble with our reservation. we had our AAA agent confirm 2 times the particular room we reserved several months in advance only to be told there was a mixup even tho the rooms were empty the whole 8 days we were there.mr. smith the manager would not help .very sorry, very sad. its going to be very hard to ever return! (note: Should have used GHV instead of AAA) |

The best experience and My kids loved all the free classes!!
The staff was wonderful ..The free classes and a wonderful beach made this the best place !! Peaceful,family enviornment. I would recomend eating breakfast 2 minutes walking at The Taro and??? Great food and not as expensive.. Enjoyed the remodeled kawaii wing ..Even if you cannot see the ocean or a decent view from your room The beach is right there!!! |

Kaanapali Beach Is Like No Other
We will never forget our visit there. The hotel & its staff was like no other. Each and every day was a new adventure, and a memory maker. We are currently planning a trip back to the resort, and looking so forward to it. I hope that all is the way we left it, beautiful. Amazing

The Perfect Vacation
My family and I were looking for a hotel on the beach, but we didn't want to stay at a mega resort. The Kaanapali Beach Hotel was the perfect fit for us. The staff was friendly, the entire hotel had a very authentic Hawaiian feet to it, and we had the beach as our backyard! It truly was the perfect vacation. My kids had a blast playing in the ocean. My wife and I got to snorkel just down the beach. I can't wait to go back to Maui and stay at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel in 2010! |

Who said customer service was dead?
I have one word to sum up the customer service I received from the Kaanapali Beach Hotel and Great Hawaii Vacations = outstanding. From beginning to end I felt cared about and the service from both Great Hawaii and the Kaanapali Beach Hotel was very personal. The drinks at the Tiki Bar were fantastic and affordable....when you go have one for me! I'll have to wait till next year to go again :(. |

Most relaxing place to stay
This was our 4th trip to Maui. We love it here at this resort. It is relaxing and has the best entertainment around. We saw the Magic Dinner show and the food was great and the show is well worth the money. It's a must to see for sure. GiGi Jewlery store has some really good buys and she is very friendly and you feel like she is part of your family. By the time you leave you know everyone and you feel like part of their family too. If you haven't been you owe it to your self to check this hotel out and stay a week or so you won't want to leave. This is the first time we went around Christmas and it was just beautiful. The weather was still warm and sunny. |

Best vacation and anniversary ever
We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and first time to the islands at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel. I chose KBH because I wanted a smaller, less touristy place that still had all the ammenities and we were not disappointed.
The staff, atmosphere, food, location, entertainment and overall experience were terrific making it a memorable anniversary. I can truly say we have never had a better vacation and can't wait to return. We plan to make KBH a regular stay for our anniverary and hope to return even sooner. |
