Plain Jane with Beautiful View

If you are lookiing for an inexpensive oceanfront condo, this is it. Nothing fancy about this place AT ALL. Just a typical Motel, but the views are amazing. I am very active during the day with hiking and watersports, so am never looking for a resort-type property, just a nice, clean condo. This is it! The staff was very friendly. The property was very quiet. There are beautiful rose gardens scattered between building and ocean. Best of all was the awesome views from your lanai. I recommend this for any budget traveller!

A Unique Experience -- Really Enjoyed It!

My wife and I stayed at Hoyochi Nikko recently and really had a wonderful experience. First of all we really liked the Japanese architecture. The Japanese design make this a very memorable experience. We stayed in a ground floor condo and the quality of our unit was excellent. We also met several other guests and visited their condos and have to say that it seems that the majority of the condos at Hoyochi Nikko are very well decorated. We also enjoyed the pool area. The pool almost hangs out over the ocean and the views were spectacular. The grounds also were nicely groomed. We were able to enter into the ocean from the the complex with some stairs leading into the ocean. It is a little difficult but it can be done. Overall we loved Hoyochi Nikko and look forward coming back.
