If you're looking for an experience to remember, Hoyochi Nikko is it! Many wonderful qualities. Unique architecture, spectacular views from your oceanfront condominium surrounded by Japanese gardens, top quality units, air conditioning and modestly priced accommodations.

Property Description
The Hoyochi Nikko is a unique Japanese architecture condominium complex with nicely decorated condos and great oceanfront views.
With only eighteen units, Hoyochi Nikko offers seclusion and privacy seldom found in resort living.
In front of Hoyochi Nikko there are steps leading into the ocean where you will find excellent swimming, snorkeling, turtle watching, whale watching, ocean kayaking, and surfing.
Hoyochi Nikko is just minutes away from the historic Whaling Village of Lahaina and the upscale resort area of Kaanapali. In Lahaina and Kaanapali there are many wonderful restaurants, shops and art galleries.

Hoyochi Nikko is 45 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 10 minutes from Kaanapali, and 35 minutes to Kihei and Wailea.

Beach Information
There is no beach in front of the Hoyochi Nikko. For some, however, this may be a good thing because it definitely offers more privacy. For the very experienced swimmer, there is a breakwater retaining wall in front of the property separating the property from the ocean with concrete steps leading into the ocean. There are also several excellent beaches within a 10 minute drive: Naplili Bay, Kapalua Bay and the Kaanapali beaches.
