Kapaa Sands offers moderately priced beachfront condominiums. Great oceanfront views from your condo and only steps away to the beach. Centrally located for easy access to all parts of Kauai. Close to shopping yet secluded. We particularly like the beachfront studios.

Property Description
Kapaa Sands is an intimate beachfront condominium complex tucked within the Garden Island's Coconut Coast Resort area.
You'll find 24 intimate condominium units tucked within the Garden Island's Coconut Coast Resort area. Excellent dining, unlimited shopping and activities are within walking distance. Yet, on the grounds of the Kapaa Sands, you are in a secluded private paradise with nothing between you and the sea except lush green lawns and swaying palms.
The oceanfront studio condos at Kapaa Sands are a real treat. These condos have spectacular oceanfront views and are only steps to the beach.
If you want to explore the rest of the island, Kapaa Sands is in a perfect location. A beautiful 30 minute drive to the north shore or the south shore of Kauai.

Kapaa Sands is 10 minutes to Lihue Airport, 30 minutes to Poipu, and 30 minutes to Princeville.

Beach Information
A small sandy beach is right in front of the Kapaa Sands. This beach is swimmable but you need to be careful because of undertows. There are several beaches that are within walking distance that are excellent for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling or taking a stroll.
