This restaurant has one of the best oceanfront views in Poipu.

Begin your day at Shells on the terrace with perfect oceanfront views. Order from their menu or enjoy their wonderful breakfast buffet with ample fruits, a large choice of eggs, meats, potatoes, breads/rolls/coissants, juices, french toast and cereals. The breakfast buffet is a very reasonable $18.50 per person, and allows each child 12 and under to eat for free when accompanied by a paying adult. Be sure to check out the unique Japanese breakfast buffet before making your choice.

For dinner there is an expansive a'la carte menu which offers a wide selection of the most tender and juiciest cuts of prime steak found anywhere, prepared with the freshest herbs, spices and vegetables on Kauai. The seafood portion of the menu features a choice of Hawaii's favorite fish, caught daily off the coast of Kauai and prepared to order.

Executive Chef Shoji Namatame is known for his expertise in combining flavors of the Pacific with fresh island produce and herbs along with traditional side dishes and desserts.

As you enter the resort's premier lounge you are greeted by panoramic views of Kauai's southern coastline. Located at the very beginning of Poipu Beach, The Point is Sheraton Kauai Resort's "gathering place" for the Island's most spectacular sunrise and sunsets!

The resort's nightly Torch Lighting Ceremony and Hawaiian Show are held on The Point's Terrace with the Pacific Horizon and sunset providing the Ceremony's backdrop. It is a perfect time to relax, enjoy the show and an exotic cocktail. You can also tantalize your taste buds with the sensational pupus (appetizers).

Fitness training is not a hardship at Sheraton Kauai Resort, when it comes to the view as it overlooks Kauai's southern coastline and the blue Pacific Ocean. Open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., the Fitness Center provides the latest equipment, i.e. bicycles, treadmills, stepper, Cybex strength training equipment and free weights. Both towels and water are available in the center.
