Loved the Amenities

My husband and I stayed at the Outrigger Fairway Villas for our honeymoon This was our first time in Hawaii. We loved our stay so much that we considered purchasing a unit! We stayed in unit D4 and had a gorgeous view of the golf course. Although we are not golfers, it was fun to watch others play from our unit. The location of FV is very quaint, yet convenient. Waikoloa is about 25 miles from Kona, so having the shops nearby was a plus especially when we ran out of a food/drug items. Being in Waikoloa also made us feel like we were on a remote pristine island. Kona is a little more commercialized so staying at the resort made it really feel like a vacation! It is so quiet at night. We LOVED our unit's amenities. It felt almost like home. Although not a full scale maid service, the cleaning staff did a wonderful job with keeping it clean enough for us to do a moderate amount of cleaning but still feel like you are on vacation. Our unit was moderately decorated with a tropical/Hawaiian motif. Unfortunetly the Managers are not real accomodating when we had concerns about noisy neighbors above our unit.

Wonderful

We had a three bedroom, three bath. My two grandsons in the room with twins, my daughter and her husband the king suite and I had the queen downstairs.
It was beautifully decorated and comfortable.
We were at the end so the only neighbor was next door and that was only for the last two nights.
This was my third trip to Hawaii and the condo was wonderful. If I ever return, I will stay at the same place.
