| We were very impressed with the new Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort. From its beautiful entrance to its pool side ocean views this hotel is a jewel of Hawaii. The spa and fitness center, oceanfront Crystal Blue Lounge with its evening manta ray watch, water activities (including the longest waterslide in Hawaii), golf and tennis make this one of the top on our list of Hawaii vacation spots. |

Beach Information |
| There are two beaches to enjoy in Kona: Kahaluu Bay is a small black sand beach with excellent swimming and snorkeling. Disappearing Sands Beach usually has good swimming conditions between April and October. Each beach is located a few miles from the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort. |
