Great Place for a great price!

The Vista Waikoloa was a wonderful place to stay on vacation. The condos are deluxe, beautifully and comfortable furnished. Windows all around with a terrific view of Anaehomalu Bay. The units have ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

It's only a 5-minute walk to the white sand beach. Great for swimming and snorkeling. We saw lots of tropical fish and turtles.

The property is within walking distance of the King's Shops, several excellent restaurants (we recommend Roy's).

Vista Waikoloa is so conveniently located. Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea, Mani Lani and the airport are all within a 1/2 hour drive.

If you don't want to drive, the property is within walking distance of the Marriott, the King's Shops, golfing and the beach. The King's Shops has both shops and restaurants (we recommend Roy's).


This is one of the nicest resorts we have stayed at on the Big Island. They are beautifully maintained and private.

We heartily recommend the Big Island and Vista Waikoloa.

Our favorite vacation

We have stayed at the Vista on two occasions and are planning on another visit on the 22nd of July.

Our first condo was A204 which faced the ocean but our favorite is B201. The furnishings are great and the master bedroom is huge. We love the private balcony off the bedroom as it is shaded by very tall palms. The balcony faces the pool but you can see the ocean off to the right. We enjoy having our breakfast and dinner out there and enjoy the beautifuly flowers that drape over the railing.

My husband uses the workout room daily and I take my walks all around Waikiloa. We love the beach at A Bay.

Our granddaughters now think of this place as their second home.

The grounds are beautiful and the people delightful.

A great place to stay

We loved the condo at Vista Waikoloa. We were only able to stay 1 week, but enjoyed our stay. We had a condo that had a view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only draw back was our A/C didn't work correctly so we sleep one night with the doors open. The traffic was going all night, we pulled the fan from the closet, kept it on at night, slept like a baby. As for the condo it's self, very roomy, everything else worked nicely. The grounds are beautiful. We did not report the A/C since we had a fan, but I am sure that staff would have gotten right on it. Access to ocean very easy, we walked it every day. We will be going back, loved it that much.
