Outrigger Fairway Villas is the newest vacation accommodations in the exclusive Waikoloa Resort. These beautiful town homes are reminiscent of historic plantation architecture, but with an elegant, contemporary touch. Rich rattan furnishings and warm earth tones create a relaxed atmosphere in every two- and three-bedroom, two-story unit.
The Outrigger Fairway Villas has a contemporary Hawaiian plantation design that blends a Hawaiian architectural theme with numerous luxurious features that include a private gated community, infinity pool with lap lane and elevated waterfall spa, poolside picnic area. Granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, full-size washer and dryer, and Jacuzzi soaking tubs in all master bedrooms.

The closest beach to the Outrigger Fairway Villas is located a few minutes away near the Waikoloa Beach Marriott. The Anaeho'malu Bay Beach is a white sand beach. You can either drive or take the resort shuttle to this beach. There are other excellent beaches located in the South Kohala area.
