The Nani Kai Hale is a small beachfront high-rise property of six floors located in North Kihei on Sugar Beach.
The Nani Kai Hale runs perpendicular to the beach. Because of this, the condos closest to the water have the best views.
Sugar Beach is an excellent strolling and swimming beach. Miles and miles of beach await you at the Nani Kai Hale.
There are few stores and restaurants located nearby the Nani Kai Hale. You will need to drive to Kihei town for shopping and restaurants.

Beach Information
The Nani Kai Hale is located on stunning Sugar Beach, which provides you with miles of uncrowded sandy beach and blue ocean. Excellent swimming and strolling beach.
Stayed here last year and really liked it. Sits right on the ocean. We had a super view, even the back condos have some ocean view. Every unit has a small lanai. They have laundry on every floor, swimming pool, and barbecue area. All condos are privately owned, so there could be different décor with different units. The bldg mgmt handles your arrival and check-out; they were friendly and hospitable. We walked only steps to the beach as it meets the barbecue/pool area. We were impressed with the cleanliness and quietness of this North Kihei location. Just minutes from South Kihei & Lahaina. There is parking & elevator too. We liked it and will definitely return.

Thank you so much for helping me book my hotel through Great Hawaii Vacations. I originally booked the Aqua Wave Hotel, and you offered a recommendation on the Resortquest Waikiki Beach Hotel. I took your advice and cannot thank you enough. The location was great, as well as the amenities & services the hotel had to offer. I would definately stay at that hotel again.
