Probably the best 2 bedroom beach front value in Maui!! This in one of our favorite two bedroom condominium complexes in the Kaanapali to Kapalua corridor. All condos at the Hololani have 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom has an ocean front view. We particularly like the corner units since most of them also have excellent ocean views from the second bedroom. Large lanais overlook the ocean with beautiful interior decor. The grounds and pool area are average in quality.

Hololani is 45 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 10 minutes from Kaanapali, and 35 minutes to Kihei and Wailea.
Beach Information
Most of the year, the beach is very nice in front of Hololani. It is a reef protected bay so generally there is good swimming and snorkeling. Because of the reef, you have to be a little careful of the coral.
Notes - There is a 5 night minimum stay required during low season, 7 night minimum during high season.
This is by far the best value I have ever found on Maui. I was hesitant because of it's 2 star rating, but the price for a beachfront was hard to pass up. WOW, was I happy when I saw my room! I followed the advise of my agent at Great Hawaii Vacations and booked the corner unit. It was incredible! Not only did it have very updated, nice décor, I had an ocean front view from almost every room! The beach was fantastic and just right out front! I cannot say enough about this property. If you are looking for the most awesome views, serene surroundings and great swimming/snorkeling, you HAVE to reserve this place. The grounds and the pool are just so-so, but WOW, that view!

Closest Condo to the Beach in Maui
Have stayed at the Hololani for the past 4 years. Recent renovations to the property are now completed and it is better than ever. Each condo is 2 BR 2 Bath. The pool is 20 feet from the ocean. Parking is convenient with basement garage and refurbished elevators. Each unit has a large lani right on the ocean. Can't beat the location. Units are well furnished and have all conveniences including washer / dryer. Very friendly and helpful on site staff.

Thank you so much for helping me book my hotel through Great Hawaii Vacations. I originally booked the Aqua Wave Hotel, and you offered a recommendation on the Resortquest Waikiki Beach Hotel. I took your advice and cannot thank you enough. The location was great, as well as the amenities & services the hotel had to offer. I would definately stay at that hotel again.
