The Alii Villas are an oceanfront low-rise condominium complex approximately one mile to town.
The Alii Villas is an oceanfront property. There is no swimming in front of the property but the ocean views are spectacular. This comfortable property is set at the water edge among lovely gardens and coastal palms. Relax at the pool, have a BBQ, or sit on the rocks and watch the sun set over the blue Pacific.
Ride the waves at Magic Sands Beach just 2 miles away from the Alii Villas, or travel just another mile and half and enjoy exceptional snorkeling and sun bathing at Kahaluu Beach.
Kona town is just a short drive from the Alii Villas. Kona town offer a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.
The Alii Villas are 20 minutes from Kona International Airport.
Beach Information
Two beaches to enjoy in Kona: Kahaluu Bay is a small black sand beach with excellent swimming and snorkeling. Disappearing Sands Beach usually has good swimming conditions between April and October. Each beach is located a few miles from the Alii Villas.

We love the Big Island and have stayed at a large Hotel complex in the past, but renting a condo felt so much more comfortable and relaxed. A definite "home away from home".
The Alii Villas is located on ocean and has two beaches very close by. We really enjoyed snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach.
We love the diversity of the Hawaii, the island offers so much, clean beaches, beautiful sunsets, rain forests, just driving around is a pleasure. And don't miss a trip to the Volcano's National Park.

Thank you so much for helping me book my hotel through Great Hawaii Vacations. I originally booked the Aqua Wave Hotel, and you offered a recommendation on the Resortquest Waikiki Beach Hotel. I took your advice and cannot thank you enough. The location was great, as well as the amenities & services the hotel had to offer. I would definately stay at that hotel again.
